Job description – International Voice Process

Location - WFO, Hebbal Bangalore

Job Type: Full-time, Aus shift, 5AM-2PM(IST)

Summary:

Blue Matrix is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a

Process Associate for an International Voice Process (Lead Generation) professional. The ideal

candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in international voice processes. Strong

English communication skills are an absolute must for this role, as the candidate will be

responsible for generating leads through international voice processes, and communicating

effectively with customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generating leads through an international voice process.

. Outbound sales experience

· Meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.

· Identifying and qualifying potential customers.

· Communicating effectively with customers and team members.

Requirements:

· Proven work experience in an international Voice.

· Should have neutral accent

· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

· Agile and flexible with work schedule.

· Logical and analytical thought process.

· Willing to work in any Australian Shift 5 am to 2 pm

Qualifications:

PUC/Graduation degree

• 0-2 years of experience in the Linux DevOps
• Deploying applications in a Linux environments
• Hands-on experience with Popular CI/CD tools like [Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes]
• Good knowledge on Scripting [Javascript,ReactJS,NodeJS]
• Knowledge on MySQL Database Administration
• Familiarity with AWS and other DevOps concepts
• Familiarity with the Linux commands
• Working Knowledge and experience on Open Source Tools, Version Controls [GIT]

Experience

-3-6 years of experience in an HR Generalist role in a startup

-Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field Knowledge of applicant tracking systems

Talent Acquisition

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
• Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
• Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
• Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
• Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.

Onboarding & Induction

Should have done the following:

• Plan and execute staff welfare programs.
• Provide a presentation to new joiners about HR policies of the company. Discuss about future planning and expansion of company with employees Organize health awareness programs for employees.
• Take care of maintaining a good relationship between employee and employer

Employee Grievance Handling:

 Should have been involved in the below:

• Prepare and maintain employee retention policy.
• Handle and resolve grievances of employees.
• Resolve problems between employee and employer regarding different issues eg: compensation, processes, policies, etc. Share instances of any difficult issue resolved.

Skills

• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates.
• Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates.

Job Description:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Developing APIs and RESTful services using Node JS.
• Experience with AWS API Gateway
