You will work with the marketing and business development team to work on technical content, manage and oversee relationships with new and existing partners through high-touch networking, lead generation, and market research. Candidate is responsible to work with the Managing Partner and marketing team to scale the business and also help organize the internal processes. The role requires planning, direction, and most importantly execution to develop and grow revenue in accordance with targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaisoning technical + business.

Create detailed and precise documentation including functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and system design documents.

Collaborate with technical team to generate content and marketing collaterals

Conduct thorough assessments to understand current business processes and identify areas for improvement.

Maintain and update documentation as project requirements evolve.

• Collaboration and Communication:
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and   expectations.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate project status, findings, and recommendations.
• Solution Evaluation:
• Evaluate technical solutions to ensure they meet defined business requirements and objectives.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation to confirm the quality and functionality of developed solutions.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to our business processes.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.
• Working with the executive team to develop a comprehensive digital business strategy and assisting with its execution.
• Establishing a pipeline of core digital marketing activities and ensuring that the pipeline is aligned with the company’s revenue targets and digital marketing goals.
• Maintaining metrics and quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Assessing new business opportunities with a strong revenue target in mind.
• Identifying, exploring, and evaluating business opportunities, performing risk assessment, and mitigating potential risks.
• Gathering market and customer information.
• Engage with the technical team to identify new opportunities within existing client businesses or contacts. Maintain strong and prosperous working relationships with key clients.

What we Require

We are recruiting technical experts with the following core skills and hands-on experience on

Mandatory skills : Core java, Microservices, AWS/Azure/GCP, Spring, Spring Boot

Hands on experience on : Kafka , Redis ,SQL, Docker, Kubernetes

Expert proficiency in designing both producer and consumer types of Rest services.

Expert proficiency in Unit testing and Code Quality tools.

Expert proficiency in ensuring code coverage.

Expert proficiency in understanding High-Level Design and translating that to Low-Level design

Hands-on experience working with no-SQL databases.

Experience working in an Agile development process - Scrum.

Experience working closely with engineers and software cultures.

Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and customer journeys.

Ability to produce low level design considering the paradigm that journeys will be extensible in the future and translate that into components that can be easily extended and reused.

Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.

• Experience designing and developing responsive design websites.

• Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers.

• Ability to convert comprehensive layouts and wireframes into working HTML pages.

• Strong understanding of PHP back-end development

 Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

 Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. (now’s the time to fight that irrational stage fright!).

 Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

 Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences (added advantage if you’re an extrovert, sorry).

 Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

 Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

What duties does the job involve?

During your time as a Business Development Executive in our ITL team, you will:

 Achieve assigned International Products Sales Target.

 Prospect assigned market and add monthly new Customers.

 Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. 

 Follow a structured Sales process to close new deals.

 Retain and grow existing Customers.

 When needed, coordinate internally to resolve Customer disputes to their satisfaction. 

Maintain local market competitive intelligence.

1. 3-5 years of experience in UI development on Angular.

• 3-6 years of relevant work experience in a Data Engineering role.
• Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
• Experience building and optimizing data pipelines, architectures, and data sets.
• Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.
• A good understanding of Airflow, Spark, NoSQL databases, Kafka is nice to have.
