Customer Segment :- Automotive, Furnace Manufacturer, Machine Manufacturer

Sales Experience: - 5 to 8 Years

Desired Qualification: - Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma Degree holder.

Skills Required:- Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Technical Understanding, Good Verbal Communication.

Reporting to: - Reporting to Control Product Department’s head from Advance Automation Business Unit.

Areas of responsibility: -

·            Develop sales leads by identifying potential OEMs accounts; acquires new OEMs & extending Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Support.

·            Demonstrating a product & explaining salient features of the product for technical approval. 

·            Work with technical team to select the appropriate product to address the customer needs.

·            Working with various sales channels - OEMs, End Users, distributors etc.

·            New Customer Acquisition (Original Equipment Manufacturers-OEMs)

·            To Achieve the sales targets and goals assigned for your area.

·            To Keep the management informed about the sales activities to achieve the annual business target.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

● 3+ years of full-time software engineering experience

● Experience building scalable backend platforms (you've owned & built features from start

to

finish before)

● Thorough knowledge of SDLC

● Extensive knowledge of any of Python, Go, NodeJS

● Expertise on any RDBMS or NoSQL databases

● Understanding of messaging systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka and protocols

● Understands CI/CD pipelines

● Exposure to cloud providers like AWS, GCP or Azure

● Seen extensive scale and understands the evolutionary technical challenges

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Develop enhancements to support the implementation of multiple strategic business units
• Analyze production support defects and develop code fixes
• Provide technical guidance to key business stakeholders
• Collaborate with Platform Manager and Technical Architect on technical and solution designs
• Work with other IT teams on integration related issues and enhancements
• Provide guidance to QA team on testing requirements
• Document technical and solution designs
• Adhere to the documented agile process and comply with corporate standards/policies

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: 

·         Experience with the development of the following components:

o   Apex Triggers and Batch classes

o   Lightning Web Components

o   Flows, Process Builder, and Workflows

o   Web Services

• Knowledge and experience of Sales Cloud implementations
• Experience with the development of Tibco Scribe and the creation of data flows
• Extensive knowledge of all admin tasks

• Lead a full product development lifecycle from ideation, design, development, to roll out and support
• Own the delivery of multiple features of the product end to end while hands-on in development as well

2. Must have excellent programming, debugging and scripting skills with a solid understanding of Object Oriented Design principles.
3. Proficiency in at least two of the following: Java, NodeJS, Go, JavaScript, Python programming stacks, and passion for software engineering and craftsman-like coding prowess
4. Knowledge of software practices like refactoring, clean code, domain driven design, Encapsulation etc
5. Hands on experience managing databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis.
