About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Jewelry Product Development Specialist who can leverage Artificial Intelligence to study existing jewelry collections, identify emerging design trends, and generate AI-inspired jewelry concepts for the U.S. jewelry market.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI-Driven Design Creation: Use AI tools to generate jewelry design inspirations based on existing styles, trend boards, or collection themes.
• Prompt Engineering: Write precise, creative, and visually descriptive AI prompts to generate high-quality jewelry design outputs.
• Design Analysis: Study and analyze existing jewelry collections (both ASHI and competitors) to identify design patterns, motifs, and market opportunities specific to the U.S. market.
• Concept Development: Develop new design ideas inspired by existing styles — maintaining balance between innovation and brand consistency.
• Trend Research: Keep track of current jewelry design trends, color palettes, and fashion influences relevant to the U.S. jewelry industry to integrate them into new design concepts.
• Manufacturing Support: Coordinate with CAD, 3D modeling, and production teams to translate AI-generated concepts into manufacturable designs.
• Documentation: Maintain structured folders for AI-generated outputs, including prompts, reference images, and design rationales.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of jewelry design, aesthetics, and product development process.
• Experience using AI image generation platforms.
• Excellent prompt writing skills — capable of translating creative ideas into AI-readable instructions.
• Basic understanding of CAD design or 3D jewelry modeling is a plus.
• Good sense of design proportion, stone placement, and material combinations.
• Ability to balance creativity with commercial viability and production constraints.
• Strong visual sense and familiarity with market-specific jewelry styles ‘

Requirements and Skills:

● Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

● Proven working experience of 2 to 4 years as an Architect.

● IIA association is a plus.

● Strong portfolio to demonstrate artistic skills.

● Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.

● Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

● Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.

● Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ, or similar).

● Visual awareness and a keen eye for detail.

As a Backend Engineer you will be responsible for creating REST APIs which are used to drive the User Interface. Given the nature of the application, these APIs need to be very efficient and high performing. This requires optimizing queries for faster execution and introducing database changes that may be required. • Develop, test, implement and maintain application software
• Take part in software and architectural development activities

JOB PURPOSE

The role requires to develop business by planning, directing and implementing sales strategies and programs to achieve or exceed the sales objectives for the company. Business Channels are Traditional Retail in Distribution, Modern retail, General trade and Corporate sales business for our bakery products

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To effectively manage the business in the concerned cities/regions and achieving the sales objectives

a. Setting targets and monitoring them monthly to ensure that they are in line with the business plan

b. Meeting the revenue and margin targets for the business

c. Generating sales of company products through a team of salesmen/retail promoters in order to achieve or exceed the annual sales targets

d. Analyzing the sales trend and taking corrective actions wherever necessary

e. Any other special assignments as applicable

2. To develop and maintain a strong sales infrastructure and an aggressive sales team

a. Managing, directing and coordinating the activities of the Area Sales Managers & Sales Officers

b. Sales team deployment as per the company's requirement and as per the budget

c. Accomplishing sales human resource objectives by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees in assigned retail stores

d. Appointing the right set of channel partners with appropriate experience, good infrastructure, financially strong and with an attitude to grow.

3. To plan, prepare and exist control over sales budget, sales forecast, sales plan etc.

a. Developing sales plan to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region

b. Meeting sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements

c. Preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances and initiating corrective actions

d. Ensuring that all promotions are within the budget

e. Preparing sales growth blueprint for the future

4. To ensure coordination and relationship management with distributors, customers, as well as other departments

a. Ensuring that distributors and customers in the region are provided with information about new products and services in order to improve sales in the region

b. Developing and maintaining an efficient distribution network

c. Ensuring commercial hygiene by monitoring damages, complaints etc

d. Liaising with the Marketing team to ensure that adequate marketing support by way of merchandising and promotions is available in order to provide brand visibility and promote sales in the region

Role & Responsibilities

• Design Automation framework and develop automated test scripts to maximize efficiency
• Integration of automation suites with tools such as browser stack
