Job Description

Direct revenue generation through B2C sales.

Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Building rapport with students and their parents to drive conversions.

Understanding student profiles to offer tailored solutions.

Open to making calls and following up from different lead sources.

Participating in virtual/physical events, seminars, and webinars.

Requirements

Fresher to maximum 5 years of experience in sales.

Proven ability to meet or exceed targets.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Prior experience in target-based sales or revenue-focused roles is a plus.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

Experience in EdTech sales will be a strong advantage.

Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and build applications for the iOS and Android platforms
• Ability to lead a team of engineers as they execute on building new features for IOS and Android platforms

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field and Tier 1 college
• Overall 6-10 yrs exp with Min 4 years relevant in iOS, Android, Swift, Kotlin and Objective C
• Strong understanding of Hybrid mobile skills such as Ionic, Cordova, PWAs, Flutter, ReactJS and React Native , Cordova or Capacitor
• Good understanding on native mobile skills include iOS, Android, Swift, Kotlin and Objective C.
• Good to have knowledge JS frameworks such as Angular
• Good hands-on experience on various design and architecture aspects - MVP, MVVM etc.
• Good knowledge of writing unit tests for mobile
• Strong knowledge of mobile app performance, using various tools and Android Studio IDE
• Strong background in Agile and working closely with product management
• Should be able to conduct scrum meetings and ensure team is not blocked
• Leadership skills necessary to manage and develop a team

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be tasked with daily responsibilities, including customer communication, delivering exceptional customer service, conducting sales, and providing training. Additionally, the Specialist will play a crucial role in sales management and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Executing outbound telemarketing initiatives targeting specific accounts, prospect lists, and various call campaigns.

• Establishing and nurturing customer relationships through proactive communication, conducting follow-up qualifications to guide new business opportunities through the sales funnel.

• Conducting preliminary needs assessments and identifying prospects' pain points to assess how GreenStitch's solutions can effectively meet those needs.

• Developing and enhancing industry/product knowledge and expertise to strategically position GreenStitch's value proposition across multiple vertical segments.

• Actively participating in trade show and event planning to secure attendees and optimize prospect meetings for the Sales team.

• Conducting research to expand the prospect list using tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and other methods.

• Maintaining accurate records of all activities in the CRM system, actively advocating for database cleanliness through regular and ongoing maintenance efforts.

• Taking accountability for meeting or surpassing monthly qualified objectives and quotas.

• Hands-on development and optimization of image enhancing algorithms for image processing using computational imaging
• Working with peer teams on researching and resolving complex software and system problems
• Analvze and optimize different methodologies to improve output of image processing
• Work closely with Quality Assurance teams to refine algorithms for optimal system performance
• Support products from the early development and prototyping phases through to production
• Developing functional specifications per customer requirements
• Good understanding of image processing techniques such as edge detection skills, image alignment, removing noise, image segmentation, correction/modification, compression, and image reconstruction

• 5+ years experience in automation development in OO language
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Shippable, TravisCI or similar
• Develop and implement tools for automated testing (Linux Shell, Java/Groovy, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Take essential part in the development cycles, in order to deliver high quality products
• Closely interact with developers and support, regarding customer issues

• Experience in Kronos application versions.

• Experience in configuring Overtime, Grace Period Calculation rules.

• Experience in configuring waiting period rules for vacation and sick codes for hires/rehires.

• Experience in building interfaces within Kronos architecture (inbound/outbound)

• Experience in building reports.

• Demonstrated strong analytical abilities.

• Mandatory in Kronos Interface development and troubleshooting, Application security roles, and workflow approvals mandatory.

• Minimum 6+  years experienced in .Net Core 3.0/MS.NET & Azure
• Should have advanced knowledge of C# programming, ASP.Net Web API, REST Framework, MVC, MVVM architecture
• Understanding of Agile scrum, Project Management methodologies
• Should be able to understand high level technical architecture and develop low-level design
• Should be able to lead a team of technical resources as per sprint delivery targets
• Strong understanding of design patterns and advanced code review, debugging
• Experience in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS, JavaScript is required.
