Technical Product Manager

A senior individual contributor role at the intersection of product direction, engineering process, and client outcomes. You will be the person who turns ambiguity into shipped features — and keeps a growing platform from accumulating invisible debt.

Looking for someone who:

– Has managed a tech team through a structural process change and can speak specifically about what broke, what they changed, and what improved

– Has taken a product from its first documentation-zero state to a well-documented, institutionally resilient one

– Has sat in a difficult client conversation where the client wanted something unreasonable — and held the line without losing the relationship

– Has managed someone who pushed back on being managed, and has a specific, unsanitised story about how it went

–Understands SSO/SAML, HRMS integration patterns or other enterprise integration complexity at a level sufficient to write a technical spec without engineering input

–Has used Jira (or equivalent) as a process governance tool — sprint velocity, bug classification, release notes, retrospective action tracking — not just a task list

– Has worked in L&D tech, HR tech, sales enablement or an adjacent SaaS vertical — understands that end users are often frontline workers with limited digital literacy

– Has Figma proficiency and can make design decisions on wireframes independently

We are hiring for Performance Marketing Analysts, Consultants and Managers with hands-on experience on Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, Amazon, Flipkart and other e-commerce/ quick commerce performance marketing for our client. She/He should have a good understanding of linking category and platform insights to performance marketing actions. The role will be very hands-on and will involve full ownership of execution of campaigns (including keyword harvesting, bid changes, report creation) using our automation tool.

Qualifications

● 1-5 years of experience in e-commerce performance marketing - esp Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit etc

● Experience in executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns

● Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms

● Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for performance improvement

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills

● Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on market analysis, customer feedback, and business goals.   

Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.   

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.   

Write clear and concise product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories.

Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.   

Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.

Lead and mentor junior product managers (if applicable).

Work with customer support and sales to gather and utilize customer feed back.

Use data driven decisions to improve product performance.
