About the role

Benefits Administration

• Administer employee benefits programs across health, welfare, retirement, and ancillary plans, ensuring accuracy and a positive employee experience.
• Process enrollment transactions, qualifying life events, and employee data changes in the HRIS; partner with carriers and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Serve as a Tier 3 resource for employee benefits inquiries, providing clear and timely guidance on plan provisions, eligibility, and enrollment processes.
• Assist with benefits billing processes, including data validation and submission support; U.S. team retains payment authorization.
•  Partner with the Global Benefits Program Manager to support international benefits administration across multiple countries, including enrollment coordination, billing reconciliation, and carrier data management.
• Support routine plan administration tasks for international programs, including data pulls, eligibility tracking, and audit support.

Compliance & Audit

•  Support the preparation and coordination of recurring U.S. benefits compliance obligations, including annual filings, regulatory reporting, and plan documentation.
• Execute a portfolio of recurring data audits across benefit programs to ensure enrollment accuracy, eligibility integrity, and data quality.
• Prepare audit documentation, organize supporting materials, and manage audit checklists; escalate findings and flag discrepancies to the U.S. team for resolution.
• Monitor ongoing compliance obligations and proactively surface issues to the appropriate U.S. owner.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or a related field
• Experience administering health, welfare, and/or retirement benefit programs
•  Familiarity with benefits compliance concepts and regulatory obligations is a strong plus
•  Experience supporting global or international benefits programs preferred
•  Proficiency with Workday or a comparable HRIS; comfortable running reports and processing benefit transactions
•  Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for data reconciliation and reporting
•  Excellent written communication skills in English; able to communicate clearly with employees, vendors, and global counterparts
•  Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, asynchronous, remote environment

Mandatory (Total Experience): Must have 5+ years of overall experience in Testing/QA

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 2+ years of experience in testing AI/ML models and data-driven applications, across NLP, recommendation engines, fraud detection, and advanced analytics models

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have expertise in validating AI/ML models for accuracy, bias, explainability, and performance, ensuring decisions are fair, reliable, and transparent

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have strong experience to design AI/ML test strategies, including boundary testing, adversarial input simulation, and anomaly monitoring to detect manipulation attempts by marketplace users (buyers/sellers)

Mandatory (Tools & Frameworks): Proficiency in AI/ML testing frameworks and tools (like PyTest, TensorFlow Model Analysis, MLflow, Python-based data validation libraries, Jupyter) with the ability to integrate into CI/CD pipelines

Mandatory (Business Awareness): Must understand marketplace misuse scenarios, such as manipulating recommendation algorithms, biasing fraud detection systems, or exploiting gaps in automated scoring

Mandatory (Communication Skills): Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, able to collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to articulate testing outcomes and issues.

Mandatory (Education):Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related discipline (B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/MS or equivalent)

EXPERIENCE

7- 9+ Years – Software Engineer III

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive the design, Project Build, Infrastructure setup, monitoring, measurements, and improvements around the quality of services Provided, Network and Virtual Instances service from OpenStack, VMware VIO, Public and private cloud and DevOps environments.
