Cloud Architect

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in automating, monitoring, and scaling cloud-native infrastructure.

You will play a critical role in building and maintaining high-availability, secure, and scalable CI/CD pipelines for our AI- and blockchain-powered FinTech platforms.

You will work closely with Engineering, QA, and Product teams to streamline deployments, optimize cloud environments, and ensure reliable production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
• Manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
• Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of production environments
• Implement security best practices across infrastructure and DevOps workflows
• Automate environment provisioning, deployments, backups, and monitoring
• Configure and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Collaborate with developers to improve build, release, and deployment processes
• Monitor systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or CloudWatch
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and support production incident response

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Proven experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
• Strong scripting skills using Shell, Bash, or Python
• Good understanding of Git, version control, and branching strategies
• Experience supporting production-grade SaaS or enterprise platforms

Infrastructure as Code (IaC):

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration across multiple environments (development, staging, production).

CI/CD Pipelines:

• Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions.
• Implement automated testing, build, and deployment processes.
• Optimize pipelines for speed, reliability, and security.

Cloud Infrastructure:

• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure performance and availability.
• Implement security best practices for cloud environments.
• Implement cost optimization strategies for cloud resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Kubernetes Management: Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability and scalability of applications. 
• Cloud Infrastructure: Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, utilizing services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and others. 
• Infrastructure as Code: Implement and manage infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar. 
• Monitoring and Logging: Set up and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure the health and performance of the infrastructure. 
• Automation: Identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a DevOps role. 
• AWS: In-depth knowledge of AWS services and solutions. 
• CI/CD Tools: Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar. 
• GitOps Expertise: Proficient in GitOps methodologies and tools. 
• Kubernetes: Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration. 
• Scripting and Automation: Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or similar. 
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar. 
• Monitoring Tools: Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar. 
• Version Control: Strong understanding of version control systems, primarily Git.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience building and maintaining AWS infrastructure (VPC, EC2, Security Groups, IAM, ECS, Fargate, S3, Cloud Formation)
• Strong understanding of how to secure AWS environments and meet compliance requirements
• Solid foundation of networking and Linux administration
• Experience with Docker, GitHub, Jenkins, Cloud Formation and deploying applications on AWS
• Ability to learn/use a wide variety of open source technologies and tools
• Database experience to help with monitoring and performance; PostgreSql experience preferred
• AWS certification preferred

Education

• Bachelors in Engineering or related field

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Proficient in configuration Management tools such as Ansible or any of Terraform Puppet, Chef, Salt, etc
• Hands-on experience in Networking/network configuration, Application performance monitoring, Container performance, and security.
• Understanding of Kubernetes, Python along with scripting languages like bash/shell
• Good to have experience in Linux internals, Linux packaging, Release Engineering (Branching, versioning, tagging), Artifact repository, Artifactory, Nexus, and CI/CD tooling (Concourse CI, Travis, Jenkins)
