Role Overview

As an HR & Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end HR processes, employee experience, and day-to-day operations that ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. This is a cross-functional role that bridges people management, administration, and operational excellence across multiple teams at MathonGo.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle — from job posting and sourcing to screening, coordinating interviews, and rolling out offers.
• Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and attendance systems.
• Handle onboarding and exit formalities, ensuring a smooth experience for all employees.
• Draft and issue offer letters, MoUs, NDAs, internship certificates, and experience letters.
• Support performance evaluation cycles, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
• Organize employee engagement initiatives, birthdays, and recognition programs to maintain a positive work culture.

Operations

• Coordinate daily office operations, logistics, and vendor management (devices, stationery, housekeeping, etc.).
• Manage contracts and renewals with external partners, agencies, and freelancers.
• Assist in tracking procurement, reimbursements, invoices, and salary disbursements in coordination with the Finance team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and statutory requirements.
• Support leadership with reporting, documentation, and operational planning across departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR or Operations (start-up/EdTech experience preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with HR tools (Google Workspace, Excel, Notion, etc.) and willingness to learn internal systems.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Openstack Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong hands on experience in Openstack solution design, deployment, and administration. You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Zybisys private cloud as per the business requirements across all our datacenters.

Technical Skills :

• Active OpenStack contributors to the open-source communities will be highly recommended.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing production-ready multi-region OpenStack cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability across multiple datacenters.
• Strong experience in Kubernetes base Openstack Deploy, Configure, and Management of OpenStack Keystone, Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Glance and other services.
• Hands-on experience in deploy production-ready CEPH storage clusters and provision for Block Storage, File Storage and Object Storage.
• Good working experience in Ansible, and Terraform tools to automate regular tasks and eliminate human dependency.
• Extensive experience in setting up and managing performance monitoring systems for OpenStack & CEPH environments using tools such as Nagios, Prometheus, Zabbix, and OpenTelemetry.
• Perform regular upgrades and patch management for OpenStack platform to ensure stability and reliability.
• Good understanding of implementing security measures and best practices to protect customer infrastructure and workloads.
• Hands-on experience in handling production troubleshooting, incident management and customer escalations.

Knowledge :

• Good knowledge in IPv4, IPv6, VLAN, VXLAN, Bridging, routing, IP Tables, DNS, DHCP.
• Good understanding of Openstack load balancer, OpenvSwitch, NFV, SDN, VPN, GRE and Edge networks.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and knowledge in using tools like Jenkins, Git, and Bitbucket for CI/CD deployment.
• Any of the programming skills such as Python, GO, Ruby, and RestAPI are added advantage for the role.

Interpersonal Skills :

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and documenting solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Commitment to staying updated with the latest developments in relevant areas such as Openstack, Ceph and industry trends.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or any other related field.

Conversation Designer

The Opportunity 

Digit88 is establishing a new product development team for its US based partner and helping multiple clients achieve their AI and automation goals by designing effective, innovative, and delightful conversational experiences. 

Job Profile: 

Digit88 is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, hands-on Conversational Designer to help kickstart the offshore conversational design team for our partner. Candidates must be responsible for designing the user experience of a virtual assistant. They ensure that the virtual assistant is conversationally engaging, impactful for the end-user, and matches the voice of the brand. Experience with a fast-paced India/US product start-up or a product engineering/design company who is capable of making user-centric design, having knowledge of NLP & customer journeys is desired. Applicants must have a passion for AI, be highly motivated and organized, able to work as part of a team, and also possess the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

•  Design effective, innovative, and delightful conversational experiences using user-centric design methodologies 
• Work with major enterprise brands to understand their business goals, their customer personas and intents to define an automation roadmap 
• Research and analyze intents and the associated customer journeys. Evaluate when bots are appropriate and in what form 
• Create bot design documents, including bot personas, example dialogs, conversation flow diagrams, error handling patterns 
• Define the intent portfolio for natural language understanding and how it maps in to conversation designs ● Review customer transcripts to identify gaps in the conversation design; modify design patterns to bridge those gaps 
• Write copy suitable for automated conversations in the messaging medium 
• Interpret bot performance metrics to hypothesize where design changes can be made and tested to drive specific goals 
• Review and give feedback on designs from peers, including mentoring colleagues who may or may not be designers 
• Create and evangelize conversation design best practice standards, reusable design patterns and processes ● Should be comfortable in a client-facing role, advising customers and evangelizing non-design team members on conversation design best practices, processes, and reusable patterns.

The Salesforce Technical Architect is responsible for successfully designing and managing the successful delivery of complex Salesforce solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectations

• Translate business requirements into system solutions

• Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives
