The organization develops and manages digital platforms for Loan Origination (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS), targeting products such as Loan Against Property (LAP) and Commercial Vehicle Loans.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer with experience in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS) to test and ensure high-quality software delivery across the lending lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in functional testing, especially in financial services or lending platforms, and will ensure systems comply with regulatory standards and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Testing

• Design and execute test cases for LOS and LMS functionalities
• Perform end-to-end testing of loan lifecycle: application → underwriting → disbursement → servicing → closure
• Validate calculations for interest rates, EMIs, fees, and schedules

Test Case Development & Execution

• Develop test scripts/scenarios for LAP and CV loans
• Execute and maintain manual and regression tests

Defect Tracking

• Log, track, and retest bugs using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla
• Collaborate with developers to ensure resolution and closure of defects

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Managers
• Participate in sprint planning and requirement reviews

Compliance Testing

• Ensure system compliance with financial regulations, disclosures, and reporting standards

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare test reports, defect logs, test coverage, and documentation for knowledge sharing

UAT Support

• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and help validate business readiness

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or equivalent

Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in functional testing, especially in lending/loan systems
• Strong knowledge of Loan Against Property (LAP) and Commercial Vehicle Loans

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with testing tools: JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, HP ALM, QTest
• Working knowledge of SQL for database validation
• Understanding of LOS/LMS architecture and APIs

Testing Methodologies:

• Strong experience with Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT Testing
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and SDLC best practices

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management
• Collaborative team player with problem-solving mindset

Preferred Certifications (Optional):

• ISTQB or equivalent testing certifications

Job description for Production Engineer

Production Engineer manages shifts, production supervisors and all operators &

ensures smooth running of the production process, organising & monitoring work-

flow.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel;

accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress;

revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the shift

production summaries;

 Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a

safe, efficient manner;

 Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing solutions;

 Ensures that all products are produced as per Customer's specifications;

 Ensures targets and deadlines are met as per Work Orders;

 Attending to minor breakdowns of machines;

 To maintain all Company machines/equipment so as to obtain optimal

performance; evaluate new equipment and techniques;

 Ensures all operators & contract staffs comply with health & safety

procedures;

 Manage, develop, and motivate direct reporting employees;

 Monitor, measure, and report on production-related process performance, and

general issues; update daily production reports;

 Use Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to ensure that all employees

can identify root causes and take fast corrective and preventive action to

resolve the problems at hand;

 Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production, and sharing

knowledge with co-workers.

Backend Architect:

Technology: node js, DynamoDB / Mongo DB

Roles:

• Design & implement Backend Services.
• Able to redesign the architecture.
• Designing & implementation of application in MVC & Microservice.
• 9+ years of experience developing service-based applications using Node.js.
• Expert-level skills in developing web applications using JavaScript, CSS and HTML5.
• Experience working on teams that practice BDD (Business Driven Development).
• Understanding of micro-service architecture and RESTful API integration patterns.
• Experience using Node.js for automation and leveraging NPM for package management
• Solid Object Oriented design experience, and creating and leveraging design patterns.
