• What You’ll DoLead by Example:

Be a hands-on contributor — writing clean, scalable, and production-grade code.

Review pull requests, set coding standards, and push for technical excellence.

• Own Delivery:

Take end-to-end ownership of sprints, architecture, code quality, and deployment.

Collaborate with PMs and founders to scope, plan, and execute product features.

• Build & Scale Teams:

Mentor and coach engineers to grow technically and professionally.

Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

• Drive Process & Best Practices:

Implement strong CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and release processes.

Ensure predictable and high-quality delivery across multiple projects.

• Architect & Innovate:

Make key technical decisions, evaluate new technologies, and design system architecture for scale and performance.

Help shape the engineering roadmap with future-proof solutions.

• What We’re Looking For10+ years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a lead/mentorship role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in MERN Stack or Python/Django/Flask, or GoLang/Java/Rust.
• Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of system design, architecture patterns, and performance optimization.
• Proven track record of shipping products in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication, leadership, and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities:

 Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient Java codebase for our ad-serving platform.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to

understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

 Design and implement new features and functionalities in the ad-serving system, focusing on performance

optimization and reliability.

 Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in the ad server environment, providing timely resolutions to ensure

uninterrupted service.

 Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce coding best practices to maintain code quality

and consistency across the platform.

 Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in ad serving and digital advertising, and integrate

relevant innovations into our platform.

 Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain the ad-serving platform in a cloud- based environment.

 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and estimate development

efforts for new projects and features.

 Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of continuous learning and

improvement within the development team.

 Participate in on-call rotations and provide support for production issues as needed, ensuring maximum uptime

and reliability of the ad-serving platform.

You should have in-depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming and MySQL, an understanding of MVC designs specifically Code Igniter, JSON, JavaScript, and working knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3.

- Development and maintenance of Web applications in Code igniter framework.

- DB Schema designing

- UI Designing

- Web services/API endpoint implementation

- Development of back-end process

- UML designing

- Strong in SQL Queries
