Role Overview

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with 2 – 5 years of experience working on AWS-based production systems. This role strictly requires hands-on experience managing production databases (MongoDB / SQL).

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain AWS infrastructure with focus on availability, security, and cost.
• Deploy and operate Kubernetes (EKS) clusters and containerized applications in production.
• Manage and scale production databases (backup, replication, performance tuning, upgrades).
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Manage MongoDB or SQL in high-scale environments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Handle production incidents, on-call support, and RCA.
• Automate ops tasks using Bash / Python.

Requirements:

• 2 – 5 years of DevOps experience.
• Hands-on experience managing production databases (MongoDB or SQL).
• Strong AWS & Kubernetes (EKS) experience in production.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins / GitLab CI / GitHub Actions / ArgoCD), Terraform, Linux and networking fundamentals.
• Scripting: Bash / Python.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Experience with MongoDB is preferred, though candidates with solid SQL database experience will also be considered.

Candidate must be from a product-based company with experience handling large-scale production traffic.

2. Candidate must have strong Linux expertise with hands-on production troubleshooting and working knowledge of databases and middleware (Mongo, Redis, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Kafka).

3. Candidate must have solid experience with Kubernetes.

4. Candidate should have strong knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Chef / Puppet. Add on- Prometheus & Grafana etc.

5. Candidate must be an individual contributor with strong ownership.

6. Candidate must have hands-on experience with DATABASE MIGRATIONS and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.

7. Candidate must have working knowledge of Go/Python and Java.

8. Candidate should have working experience on Cloud platform - AWS

9. Candidate should have Minimum 1.5 years stability per organization, and a clear reason for relocation

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Architect with strong expertise in telecom environments (OSS/BSS, 4G/5G core, network systems). The candidate will design and implement scalable, highly available, and automated DevOps solutions to support telecom-grade applications and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement DevOps architecture for telecom applications (OSS/BSS, mediation systems, billing platforms)
• Architect CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps

Strong problem-solving, communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.
