Client Management

Your responsibilities: 

• Efficiently managing the client's portfolio and ensuring excellent customer service through the accurate and timely delivery of service and campaigns to the client as per the requirement.
• Build digital marketing roadmap & proposals for clients which include social media, influencer, PR & performance marketing campaigns.
• Participating in and Leading brainstorms for New business opportunities 
• Total client satisfaction, and for ensuring that regular reviews are conducted with the client
• Maintaining high levels of engagement for all your clients through the team.
• Should be able to establish trust with both external and internal stakeholders and be the primary point of contact for all the matters concerning the client.
• Support senior management on crisis management issues, if required
• Stay current on social media channels, trends and analytical tools
• Incorporate digital and social strategies into Integrated Communications programs to support client objectives and work with digital innovations group to develop and execute digital strategies 
• Manage and train the rest of the team 
• Measure ROI and KPIs
• Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget for clients
• Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals 
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal functional teams to create marketing/ campaign plans
• Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
• Keep up-to-date with our audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
• Map out how digital assets will be optimized for business results
• Adhere to processes and systems
• Present to Senior Management

Skill sets/Experience we require:

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
• A self-starting attitude and an open outlook
• Resilience under pressure and against deadlines
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills 
• Good time-management skills
• Well versed with MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong analytical and project management skills

• Agency experience is mandatory

Pedigree: 

•     Bachelors’ degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication Science or equivalent 

Experience   2 years of experience of a digital advertising agency

Responsibility

You will be part of the Operations team who offer client solutions in an innovative manner 

Primary: 

• Act as the main point of contact between the agency and client. Should be able to research clients products, services, plans competitors and target markets
• Meet clients for briefings, pitches and present proposals to clients for approval.
• Brief agency colleagues and work with them to plan and implement the best digital media solutions for the client.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Handling financial issues with the client, timely estimation collection.
• Maintain daily interaction with client and internal teams.
• Working on several campaigns at once, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines.
• Review advertising trends, consumer surveys, and other data regarding marketing of goods and services to determine the best way to promote product

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• 1 – 2 years’ experience in Beauty and Healthcare
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience working with popular social media advertising platforms found in Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn in particular
• Experience working with popular social media monitoring tools (Google, Radian 6, Twitter Search, Social Mention, Traackr, etc) 
• Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.
