
Job Summary:
The Chief of Staff is a versatile and dynamic role, responsible for providing comprehensive support across various functions including Marketing, Human Resources, Business Operations, and Market Research. This position demands a multi-faceted individual who can seamlessly transition between different responsibilities, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing: Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive intelligence. Collaborate with the marketing team to create content, manage social media, and optimize online presence.
HumanResources: Support HR initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. Oversee HR administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Assist in employee engagement and development programs
Business Operations: Streamline and improve operational processes for increased efficiency and productivity. Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting to drive informed decision-making. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for business improvement
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks. Analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes to inform business strategies. Generate reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Project Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Allocate resources, set milestones, and track progress to achieve project objectives. Provide regular updates to the executive team on project status and outcomes.
Communication and Liaison: Serve as a key liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and review communications, presentations, and reports on behalf of the executive. Foster effective communication channels within the organization

- Certified RPA Tool (UiPath, UiPath X, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) as developer
- Programming experience in Java, .Net, C, C#, .Net, Python
- Sufficient knowledge of RDBMS like ORACLE / MS SQL Server and SQL tools
- Knowledge in developing & understanding excel macros codes.
- Knowledge in Power BI, Excel Macro, web forms, mobile applications are preferable.
- Knowledge of service oriented architecture is preferable.
- Knowledge in Finance & Accounting domain is preferable.
