Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Noida. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for customer service, communication, sales, customer support, and training in the freight brokerage industry.

Tally Software Proficiency:

• 1. Efficiently use Tally ERP for financial data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and generate financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Accounts Payable and Receivable Management:

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and reconcile vendor statements.
• Manage customer accounts, track receivables, and follow up on outstanding payments.

Bank Statement Reconciliation:

• Reconcile bank statements with general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies or irregularities.
• Prepare bank reconciliation reports and provide analysis.

Cash Collection:

• Oversee cash collection activities, including follow-up with customers for overdue payments.
• Prepare daily cash reports and bank deposits.
• Ensure timely and accurate cash handling procedures.

General Accounting Tasks:

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts.
• Assist with financial audits and tax returns.
• Provide support to other accounting team members as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven experience in accounting roles, preferably with Tally software.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

We are looking for a Lead QA Engineer to spearhead our quality assurance initiatives, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our platform. This role is instrumental in refining our testing strategy, expanding test automation, and enhancing overall QA processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Strategy & Execution: Design, develop, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts for API, UI, and performance testing.
• Automated Testing: Develop and maintain automated API and UI tests using industry-standard frameworks.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps in the QA process, drive enhancements, and implement best practices in test automation and software quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Defect Management: Investigate, document, and track defects while ensuring timely resolution with development teams.
• Performance & Security Testing: Contribute to performance testing and security validation to ensure platform robustness.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and excellence.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on test automation.
• Expertise in designing and executing automated API tests using tools like Postman, RestAssured, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Proficiency in UI automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Strong knowledge of test automation tools, scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript), and CI/CD integration.
• Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with performance and security testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or knowledge of authentication protocols such as OIDC, SAML, SCIM, or FIDO2.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter, K6, or similar frameworks.
• Experience working in a SaaS, cloud-native, or enterprise security environment.

Required Experience:

• End to end experience delivering production ready code with Java8, Spring Boot, Spring Data, and API libraries

• Strong understanding of SQL databases and NoSQL databases and experience with writing abstraction layers to communicate with the databases.
