• 3+ years experience in a highly technical role at hyper-growth startup or fast-paced

company

• Demonstrable experience architecting scalable and cost effective solutions to ensure

and support the customer growth

Overview on backend development :

As a Backend developer, you will be responsible for helping us maintain and expand our suite of internal and external APIs for the QuickSell Digital Catalogue and mobile apps. Our RESTful APIs serve many clients - mobile apps, websites, web hooks for third-party services and internal tools.

An experience with API versioning, caching, and token-based security mechanisms is a must, along with an ability to architect, document, build, and deploy RESTful JSON APIs with continuous uptime and minimal latency.

Role Summary:

As a Lead Backend Engineer at our dynamic tech company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the backend architecture and leading a talented team of 5-6 engineers. Your expertise in a diverse tech stack and your leadership skills will be essential in driving our backend projects to success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guide and mentor a team of 5-6 backend engineers. Ensure the team delivers high-quality code, adheres to best practices, and meets project deadlines.
