About the Role:

We're seeking a sharp, systems-thinking Risk Analyst with a Data Annotation focus to join our Product Management team. You'll help evaluate and scale labeled data workflows for the next generation of risk and compliance assessment frameworks.

You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and risk domain experts to design scalable assessment frameworks, map regulatory obligations to annotation workflows, and embed high-quality risk logic into how our platform handles training data and supervised learning. Ideal candidates bring experience in information security, audit, legal, compliance, and cloud risk, plus an emerging understanding of AI workflows and data governance.

This role supports our AI-powered risk products by providing high-quality annotations and evaluations of AI-generated outputs. You'll focus on tactical annotation work while applying risk and compliance domain expertise to ensure accuracy and consistency in our training datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed annotations of AI-generated outputs, evaluating accuracy, correctness, and compliance alignment
• Review datasets after new deployments and report on accuracy metrics
• Test updated control sets and validate annotation quality
• Report annotation conflicts, edge cases, or unclear guidelines to improve data quality standards
• Apply knowledge of IT compliance frameworks (SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001) to annotation tasks
• Collaborate with product managers and AI teams to maintain annotation integrity and consistency

Required Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in IT audit, legal, risk management, compliance, or related fields (Big Four or consulting firm experience preferred)
• Knowledge of IT compliance standards including SOC 2, ISO 27001, Pen Tests etc.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure risks and control assessments
• Strong attention to detail with ability to follow complex instructions and deliver results effectively
• Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and report findings clearly

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Exposure to IT audit, legal or internal audit processes
• Familiarity with data annotation or AI/ML workflows
• Understanding of GDPR, NIST, or other regulatory frameworks
• Background in data quality or governance practices

Job Description: React Native Developer

Experience: Over 4 years

Responsibilities:

-       Architect, design, develop, and maintain complex, scalable React Native applications using clean code principles.

-       Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX mock-ups into pixel-perfect, native-feeling mobile interfaces.

-       Leverage React Native's capabilities to build reusable UI components and implement performant animations.

Qualifications:

-       Experience with Redux or similar state management libraries for complex applications.

Position - Category Head

Location - Mumbai ( Remote for now)

We are looking for a Category Head to manage a group or category of products for our company. You will be the one responsible for the pricing and overall promotion of a product category to maximize consumer appeal. Relationships with vendors and product range management will also be part of your duties.

- An excellent category Head must have extensive experience in understanding consumer needs and the retail environment. They must have a commercial mindset and full comprehension of marketing and sales principles. Exceptional communication skills are also key for category Head.

- The goal is to increase sales and profitability of business to drive sustainable growth.

Role:

- Creating and developing a long-term plan and strategy for development of the category.

- Develop strong working relationships with buying, marketing and merchandising teams.

- End to end management of product i.e. from supplier to customer.

- P&L owner for the group of categories managed.

- Team Management: manage a team of Category Owners, Catalogue, and Vendor Acquisition resources. Develop and coach team.

- Manage Portfolio of Categories: New brand acquisition and pricing strategy, Managing product portfolio and inventory management. Shape long term portfolio expansion built on macro trends.

- Vendor management: vendor sourcing & management, vendor relationship management.

- Customer management: Managing key customer relationships, developing multiple channels, optimizing omni channel sales- through mix of online and offline sales.

- Marketing: Manages and optimizes marketing spends on the category group. Working closely with digital marketing team to optimize spends across different digital channels.

- Category Analytics: proficient in analytics to identify growth areas and execute

Job Role:

• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.

• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.

• Maintain and write clean code to ensure the product is of the highest quality.

• 2+ years of experience as a react/react-native developer
• Must have skills: ReactJS
• Deep understanding of javascript, typescript and react
• Familiarity with multiple state management techniques
• Knowledgeable about design patterns and their utility in day to day problems
• Worked on and shipped large scale react/react-native applications
• Great product sense; you care about usability and good design
• Strong communication skills
