Who we are looking for: 

We are seeking a Senior Integration Engineer who is passionate about technology and possesses, with a strong background in integrating various enterprise software systems. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with project management capabilities to develop, implement, and maintain integration solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Maintain System Integrations: Design, develop, and maintain high-value system integrations to drive new customer acquisitions and ensure overall satisfaction with existing customers.
2. Proof of Concept Development: Research and develop proof of concept on integrations to new platforms that align with Sales technical strategies and customer requirements.
3. Technical Assistance and Expertise: Provide technical assistance and expertise to our partners and customers on integrations with Jules AI's platform, ensuring smooth deployment and operation.
4. Feedback and Collaboration: Provide meaningful feedback to internal teams based on client needs and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Customer Success Managers, Support Engineers, and Solutions Architects.
5. Process and Documentation: Contribute to the development of processes, documentation, and tooling to ensure scalability and efficiency within the integration team.
6. Reliability and Performance: Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of integrations through comprehensive testing, monitoring, and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in software development and integration.
• Proficiency in React JS, Typescript, GraphQL, and PostgresQL.
• Previous experience in integrating ERP, CRM, or other enterprise software solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience working for a software development agency, digital agency, or as a systems integrator.
• Exposure to industries like agriculture, recycling, warehousing, etc.
• Knowledge of web technologies, application servers, scripting languages (Python, Bash Shell), and automation tools (Jenkins, Ansible).

Job title: Technical PM & Solution Architect - Digital Acceleration

Responsibilities:
• Lead Upfront discovery and design for end to end technology architecture (E.g. though not limited to Web, Mobile, CRM, Inventory management, Customer management, Logistics),
• Defining, translating and delivering business vision for the digital journey the organization will be undertaking
• Actively lead the definition and evolution of the solution architecture
• oversee selection/ implementation of new components/applications,

• Leading the technical design process coordinating the various stakeholders towards an agreed solution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years' experience in the B2C Companies with Design and architect experience
• 5 years of experience planning and deploying delivering enterprise functional and technical solutions to support the business

• Being an agent for change, who uses business architecture to agitate and initiate action and challenge others via business designs and solutions, which drive requirements to the business operational and organizational structures
• Strong Architecture experience including, infrastructure, applications, data and business domains, Retail domain knowledge would an added advantage
• Experience at producing multi-tier, high-availability infrastructure architectures in an enterprise & cloud environment adhering to DR, Business Continuity and availability best practice.
• Experience in the following areas: customer engagement platforms, cloud architectures, PaaS services, API integration, modern application architectures, BI architecture
• Ability to quickly understand business requirements and propose reference architectures and technology solutions. Capable to present options and weigh implementation complexities and risks to recommend the right technical decision

●Work in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Module providing Sales and Operations solutions to different local and international Business Development Unit and clients.

● Conduct quality-related reviews of customer service and engagement performance, evaluating against client and internal quality standards to ensure proper call and transaction handling. This includes call monitoring, review of data entry/transactions processed, and evaluation of any other performance metric that may impact quality (i.e. handle time, speed of answer, etc.).

● Provide specific feedback to supervisory and management staff regarding agent areas of opportunity for their team members. Support supervisory staff in their coaching efforts and provide coaching assistance as needed.

● Responsible for completing the required number of quality reviews for each customer service or engagement agent based on BPO Sales and Operations performance guidelines.

● Document all observations thoroughly by maintaining observation forms and call center monitoring databases.

Are You Up To The Challenge?

As a Senior PCC Product Marketing Manager, you’ll manage a product marketing manager and be responsible for launching some of our portfolio of Indie tiles across multiple platforms with a significant focus on building brand awareness, advocacy, Wishlists, community and ultimately (and most importantly) game sales.

Reporting into the Head of PCC Marketing you’ll be hugely influential in creating, executing, tracking and optimising integrated campaigns across both paid media (paid social, influencers and events) and organic media (community, social, influencers, ambassadors, SEO and rich content).  

You will work in close collaboration with the Community & Social Media (CSM) team, Influencer & Media (I&M) Team, PCC Creative Team and Digital MArketing (UA & Growth) Team.  

What Does The Job Actually Involve?

Create and execute product marketing plans (PMPs) that deliver against each game’s pre launch awareness and post launch revenue expectations, from initial signing through to retail launch and post launch - including budgets, KPI sets and beat schedules

• Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and projects across numerous media channels and multiple games at the same time and communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders both within and external to your team to ensure challenging deadlines and Wishlist/ sales KPIs are met
• Collaborating with internal and external creative teams to create best-in-class marketing assets to budget
• Determine KPIs for the PMPs and meaningful metrics that allow accurate analysis of each campaign and track commercial performance so you can optimise your plans in near real time
• Working as the key stakeholder and influencer within the PCC team and primary contact point for those outside of the department
• Setting ‘challenging but achievable’ targets for your team for both quality of output, timely delivery of campaigns and above target results and taking responsibility for meeting these target
• International travel as required

Your Hard Skills

• Passion for games and knowledge of industry trends and key players
• Previous experience on PC & Console games including three years in a product/brand management role for an established video games company
• Highly numerate and data fluent you’ll own your budgets and be accountable to them as well as having the ability to interpret research and analysis and use it daily to make good decisions quickly 
• Strong creative and brief writing skills with an understanding of Google Docs
• A creative flair with an eye for detail when briefing and feeding back on marketing artwork, assets and trailers. 
• You have excellent time management skills and understand the importance of hitting deadlines
• Ability to work with other functional teams in the PC and Console Department, as well as with other Marketing teams within and outside of Kwalee.
