Job brief: Creates annual blueprint for engagement events and activities. Identifies type and cost of programs, remaining budget-conscious; ensures programs reflect Darwin values. Drives the event calendar, establishing standards, event types, and related guidelines/proposals for implementation throughout the organization Town Hall, Farmhouse parties -the overall communication strategy will include activities to keep employees abreast and enthusiastic about events and activities. Develops, evaluates, analyzes and maintains interest in employee recognition programs. Familiar in the development and conduct employee communication strategies. Evaluates current activities in coordination with broader Human Resources strategies and recommends program changes to increase alignment and support the department’s people-related strategies. Ensures that all activities are developed within and convey messaging that is in alignment with the broader people practices.
