DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Intake, Ideation and Planning
Should have the smartness and presence of mind to provide on the spot solutions to the business owners objections and concerns as well as to be able to Pivot from a prepped position basis the conversation
o Establish relationships with new and niche Clients to expand our reach.
o Monitor trends and analytics to make product and pricing suggestions for our clients.
o Maintain strong relationships with our existing partner to understand how we can help them grow while also knowing which product offers and price best fit their model.
Generate new business leads and build relationships.
Significant interaction with clients, both face-to-face, online and over the telephone.
Identify business opportunities through research of specific industry or market.
Understand customer’s business needs and gather product knowledge to meet those needs.
Providing support to customers, offering clear advice and solutions wherever possible.
Ensuring high quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of brand specifications.
Meeting sales targets set by management and contributing to team targets.
Able to take responsibility and work on flexible basis.
Maintain all sales activities & dashboard.
Client Servicing-
On time revert to client on briefs/proposals.
Post evaluations for all campaigns.
Objection handling.
Trade Marketing activities to be suggested to enhance revenue optimization.
Build and maintain business relationships with key clients and agencies.
Inter department co-ordination #DhunBadalKeTohDekho.
Work closely with the programming team and BIG solutions for creative ideas for the clients.
Ensure sales entitlements are as per the programming guidelines.

Required Qualifications and Skills-
MBA or a Post Graduate – Minimum 4 years work experience is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills, confident, enthusiastic, attention to detail, creative.

9. Ensure company time spent in the office is spent on productive customer acquisition work and aim for high enrolments, conversions, and no complaints as a performance matrix.
10. Ensuring confidentiality of all company information is maintained at all times.
Required Skills Set:
1. Minimum two years’ experience in a high-quality outbound voice process.
