We are looking for a graphic designer who gets B2B. Someone who can take content briefs and turn them into visually compelling collateral that speaks directly to decision-makers. You'll work closely with writers, content strategists, and the creative lead to bring high-readability content to life without compromising brand tone or clarity.

Key responsibilities:

1. Translate content briefs into visual assets (presentations, social graphics, ebooks, reports, one-pagers, etc.)

2. Maintain consistency in brand visual language across formats and campaigns

3. Design static and interactive assets optimized for digital publishing (LinkedIn, websites, email campaigns)

4. Collaborate with content and strategy teams to ensure visual storytelling aligns with messaging

5. Build and refine templates to streamline future projects

6. Manage multiple design projects with fast turnarounds and high attention to detail

Other requirements

1. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and/or Figma

2. Strong grasp of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy

3. Experience designing for digital-first B2B brands

4. Ability to simplify complex information into clean, impactful visuals

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop high-quality content for a variety of channels including blogs, articles, whitepapers, social media posts, website content, email campaigns, case studies, and brochures. 
• Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to produce insightful and relevant content that aligns with business priorities. 
• Support and manage company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) with consistent and engaging content to enhance online presence and reach. 
• Collaborate with design, digital, and business teams to align content with brand tone, campaign goals, and visual storytelling. 
• Assist in creating content calendars and ensuring timely content delivery across all platforms. 
• Apply SEO best practices to content and continuously optimize for improved visibility and traffic. 
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand solutions, translate technical inputs, and craft customer-centric narratives. 
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for integrated campaigns and thought leadership.

Required Experience:
