We are seeking a talented Lead UI/UX designer to join our team. As a Lead UI/UX designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs that meet our clients' needs and enhance the user experience.

Responsibilities:

• As a Lead you will be responsible for leading a team and Designing and creating visually compelling websites that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Ensuring all designs are optimized for digital platforms and adhere to best practices for web and social media.
• Developing intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and graphic designs for mobile.
• Prepare wire frame, mobile app design, web design & concept design
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
• Participating in the development process from definition, through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
• Stay abreast of design trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds.
• Research and track advancements in mobile application design patterns.
• Break any design problem down into viable actionable chunks and solve them with clarity and precision.
• Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, and trends in the mobile design field.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years experience as a UI/UX designer in IT Services with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Proficiency in wireframing tools.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design softwares, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Build out the stellar Technology & Engineering team to scale product
• Taking end-to-end responsibility for the strategy & implementation for building Technology.

• 3 to 5 Years of Experience and Proficiency with any part of Web technology stack.
• Have experience in working with early-stage high growth startup and building team.

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Performance Indicators:

Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

1. Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable and reliable Java code.
2. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
3. Help in maintaining code quality, organization, and automatization.
4. Participating with the technical team in the execution of projects
5. Preparing the project documentation on its completion.
6. Analyzing defects and fixing it.
7. Maintaining On-time delivery of the projects.

Mandatory Skills:

1. Java, Kotlin, Android Studio, OOP Design, JSON, Retrofit, Firebase
2. Strong knowledge of Android SDK & different versions of Android.
3. Application development paradigms, memory management, and multi-threading
4. Comprehensive understanding of Android application architecture, Activities, Services, Intents, Content Providers and Notifications, Fragments, Application Development life-cycle, Web Apps, and Web View.
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with clients at all levels and understand requirements carefully.
6. Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
7. Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
8. Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
9. Understanding of Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines.
10. A knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code.
11. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
12. Excellent attention to detail.
13. Good troubleshooting skills.
14. Basic knowledge of MVVM architecture

• Responsible for the implementation of end-to-end modules starting from user interface, business logic layer and database layer.
• Proficient in HTML, javascript.
• React JS experience is an added advantage.
• Assists in research, design, documentation, and modification of software specifications throughout the software development life cycle.
• Analyzes, troubleshoots, and optimizes code.
• Participates in requirements gathering meetings and produces technical documentation as needed.

• Strong proficiency in MySQL database administration, migrations /up-gradation, patching, cloning, capacity planning, designing, and automation of database tasks.
• Good experience with the latest versions of the database
• In-depth experience configuring database replication on multiple versions
• Strong experience in Monitoring, DB Performance Tuning, DB Availability, DR, Security, Storage
• Analyzes and provides recommendations to optimize the database for improved performance, manageability, and scalability
• Expertise in enterprise backups, recovery, and performing point-in-time recovery Experience in deploying and integrating PM tools
• Experience in data partitioning and encryption
• Knowledge of de-facto standards and best practices in MySQL and MongoDB
• Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL statements and Knowledge of MySQL features, such as its event scheduler
• Familiarity with other SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Knowledge of limitations in MySQL and their workarounds in contrast to other popular relational databases
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git / Mercurial / SVN
