Job Description:

We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer with experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI to build and deploy production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy GenAI and Agentic AI applications.
• Build RAG pipelines, LLM workflows, and AI agents.
• Develop solutions using Python, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Implement tool calling, context retrieval, and LLM orchestration.
• Integrate AI solutions with APIs and cloud platforms.
• Work with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, and CI/CD.

Required Skills:

• Strong Python programming skills.
• 3+ years of GenAI/Agentic AI experience.
• RAG and LLM orchestration.
• LangChain / LangGraph / LlamaIndex / AutoGen / CrewAI / Semantic Kernel.
• MCP and A2A knowledge.
• Cloud, APIs, Docker, and CI/CD experience.

Preferred Experience:

Hands-on experience building and deploying production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

6️⃣ Training & Development – Coordinating learning programs and skill development sessions.

7️⃣ Exit Process Management – Handling resignations, full & final settlements, and exit interviews.

Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions for payment processing.

Maintain a regular release cadence and manage the product backlog.

Ensure timely and lossless communication across teams.

Ideal Candidate

A strong technical background in software engineering and architecture, with experience in modern programming language

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

8+ years of relevant experience preferred

Proficiency using Python, Kafka, Kubernetes, and AWS

Experience with Distributed Task Queues such as Celery and RabbitMQ is preferred.

Experience with RDBMS/SQL is also preferred.

• Knowledge of 3D development and integrated game physics.
• Experience with console and mobile game development.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience with memory and space optimization.
• Knowledge of scripting, animation, session management, and textures.
• Good troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be tasked with daily responsibilities, including customer communication, delivering exceptional customer service, conducting sales, and providing training. Additionally, the Specialist will play a crucial role in sales management and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Executing outbound telemarketing initiatives targeting specific accounts, prospect lists, and various call campaigns.

• Establishing and nurturing customer relationships through proactive communication, conducting follow-up qualifications to guide new business opportunities through the sales funnel.

• Conducting preliminary needs assessments and identifying prospects' pain points to assess how GreenStitch's solutions can effectively meet those needs.

• Developing and enhancing industry/product knowledge and expertise to strategically position GreenStitch's value proposition across multiple vertical segments.

• Actively participating in trade show and event planning to secure attendees and optimize prospect meetings for the Sales team.

• Conducting research to expand the prospect list using tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and other methods.

• Maintaining accurate records of all activities in the CRM system, actively advocating for database cleanliness through regular and ongoing maintenance efforts.

• Taking accountability for meeting or surpassing monthly qualified objectives and quotas.
