Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop scalable and high-performance solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Play Framework.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring technical excellence and high-quality deliverables.
• Work with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra) to build efficient data pipelines and systems.
• Optimize search and indexing systems using Elasticsearch.
• Work with queuing and streaming systems like Kafka and RabbitMQ to build resilient systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions capable of handling millions of transactions at scale.
• Contribute to system architecture discussions and provide input on cloud infrastructure (GCP and AWS).
• Ensure team adherence to best practices, coding standards, and agile methodologies.
• Take ownership of critical components, resolve bottlenecks, and identify areas of improvement in existing systems.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of GoLang, PHP, and Python (Celery).
• Experience with GenAI technologies and their applications.
• Exposure to system design for large-scale distributed systems.

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable with both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design

• Partnering with internal business owners (product, marketing, edit, etc.) to understand needs and develop custom analysis to optimize for user engagement and retention
• Good understanding of the underlying business and workings of cross functional teams for successful execution
• Design and develop analyses based on business requirement needs and challenges.
• Leveraging statistical analysis on consumer research and data mining projects, including segmentation, clustering, factor analysis, multivariate regression, predictive modeling, etc.
• Providing statistical analysis on custom research projects and consult on A/B testing and other statistical analysis as needed. Other reports and custom analysis as required.
• Identify and use appropriate investigative and analytical technologies to interpret and verify results.
• Apply and learn a wide variety of tools and languages to achieve results
• Use best practices to develop statistical and/ or machine learning techniques to build models that address business needs.

• 2 - 4 years  of relevant experience in Data science.
• Preferred education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in advanced analytics, model building, statistical modeling, optimization, and machine learning algorithms.
• Machine Learning Algorithms: Crystal clear understanding, coding, implementation, error analysis, model tuning knowledge on Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, SVM, shallow Neural Networks, clustering, Decision Trees, Random forest, XGBoost, Recommender Systems, ARIMA and Anomaly Detection. Feature selection, hyper parameters tuning, model selection and error analysis, boosting and ensemble methods.
• Strong with programming languages like Python and data processing using SQL or equivalent and ability to experiment with newer open source tools.
• Experience in normalizing data to ensure it is homogeneous and consistently formatted to enable sorting, query and analysis.
• Experience designing, developing, implementing and maintaining a database and programs to manage data analysis efforts.
• Experience with big data and cloud computing viz. Spark, Hadoop (MapReduce, PIG, HIVE).
• Experience in risk and credit score domains preferred.

• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Answering questions about products or the company
• Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

As part of the client SDK team, you will be designing SDKs that bring the ease-of-use of Stripe and the quality-and-scale of zoom to video conferencing.

• Drive design and implementation of 100ms' iOS SDKs
• Articulate complex architecture problems, drive engineering excellence and collaborate with a cross-functional team
• Speak with fellow developers - our customers - to identify and prioritize features that will help achieve our goals of gold-standard audio-video conferencing in a few lines of code
• Help scale our platform to support billions of minutes a day across thousands devices around the world
• Help maintain a first-class developer onboarding experience - including writing documentation and sample apps
• Contribute to open source as we set the standards for video conferencing

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
