Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated SEO analyst to join our growth team. In this role, you will work on improving organic visibility, increasing search traffic, and supporting content strategy for our product pages and resources. This position is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience who want to build a strong career in SEO.

Key Responsibilities

On-Page SEO

• Optimize product pages, landing pages, and blog content for target keywords.

• Conduct regular website audits to identify SEO issues and opportunities.

• Improve internal linking, metadata, URL structure, and page performance.

• Collaborate with content writers to optimize new content.

Technical SEO

• Work with developers to resolve indexing, crawling, and Core Web Vitals issues.

• Monitor site health, sitemaps, robots.txt, and schema markup.

• Ensure product pages follow SEO best practices for structure and speed.

Off-Page SEO

• Conduct competitor backlink analysis and identify link-building opportunities.

• Track brand mentions, citations, and outreach activities.

Keyword Research & Analysis

• Perform keyword research for product pages, blogs, and feature releases.

• Identify ranking opportunities and search intent for targeted keywords.

• Track keyword performance and suggest improvements.

Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.

• Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.

• Share insights and growth recommendations with the marketing team.

Requirements

• 0 to 3 years of SEO experience (freshers with a strong interest in SEO can apply).

• Basic understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO concepts.

• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and any SEO tool (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).

• Good understanding of how search engines work.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including content, development, and product.

• 3-4 years of Lighting experience.
• 2 years in Visualforce.
• Must have ability to integrate with third party applications using REST/SOAP.
• Must have technical design skills.
• Must be able to collaborate with business to gather requirements.
• Good to have Apex design patterns.
• Must have PD-1 certifications, any other certification is added advantage.
• Must have product knowledge on Sales, Service, Experience cloud knowledge.

ETL Developer – Talend

Job Duties:

• ETL Developer is responsible for Design and Development of ETL Jobs which follow standards,

best practices and are maintainable, modular and reusable.

• Proficiency with Talend or Pentaho Data Integration / Kettle.
• ETL Developer will analyze and review complex object and data models and the metadata

repository in order to structure the processes and data for better management and efficient

access.

• Working on multiple projects, and delegating work to Junior Analysts to deliver projects on time.
• Training and mentoring Junior Analysts and building their proficiency in the ETL process.
• Preparing mapping document to extract, transform, and load data ensuring compatibility with

all tables and requirement specifications.

• Experience in ETL system design and development with Talend / Pentaho PDI is essential.
• Create quality rules in Talend.
• Tune Talend / Pentaho jobs for performance optimization.
• Write relational(sql) and multidimensional(mdx) database queries.
• Functional Knowledge of Talend Administration Center/ Pentaho data integrator, Job Servers &

Load balancing setup, and all its administrative functions.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance unit test suites to verify the accuracy of ETL processes,

dimensional data, OLAP cubes and various forms of BI content including reports, dashboards,

and analytical models.

• Exposure in Map Reduce components of Talend / Pentaho PDI.
• Comprehensive understanding and working knowledge in Data Warehouse loading, tuning, and

maintenance.

• Working knowledge of relational database theory and dimensional database models.
• Creating and deploying Talend / Pentaho custom components is an add-on advantage.
• Nice to have java knowledge.

Skills and Qualification:

• BE, B.Tech / MS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
• Having an experience of 3+ years.
