Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at AdElement. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and developing strategic partnerships. You will analyze market trends, identify potential opportunities, and present solutions to clients. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, contribute to business growth, and meet sales targets. This role is located in Pune.

Role/Core Competencies

• Transforms high-level statements of product feature into software design and implement it.
• Able to perform well in a team and as an individual and must have knowledge of SDLC process with documentation.

• GUI and User Experience design and implementation in Web based applications with exposure to RESTful Service.

As a Principal Software Engineer you will:
