The Role

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative to join our sales team. The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers through cold calling and emails.
• Follow up on data and leads developed by the sales team.
• Provide support to the marketing team by inviting prospective customers for promotional events.
• Address customer needs and requirements.
• Transfer qualified leads to experienced sales professionals.
• Identify key prospects for sales and develop interests.

F5 is looking for a Sr. Software Engineer with experience in building FIPS-ready cryptography-based security solutions at scale. You will participate in the design and implementation of F5's Edge Computing platform that is used to deploy global, scalable and secure applications. Your work includes, but not limited to, design, implementation, deployment, operational management, and debugging of security services of F5's platform.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects and business leaders to understand the requirements for providing FIPS-ready cryptography-based security services for F5's platform, design solutions, and implement them
• You will develop software for identity related security foundations of Volterra platform - Identity Management, Key Management, Secure Bootstrapping, Authentication, Authorization, Secrets Management, etc.
• You will perform necessary compliance tasks – including building and executing the test suites – required for making systems and libraries ready for FIPS
• You will vet various open source and closed source technologies, components, libraries, tools etc. and help build a highly available, highly scalable and easily manageable system
• Demonstrate technical leadership in multiple domain areas, providing mentorship to other team members
• Demonstrate leadership by taking responsibility and ownership of software components and deliver a complete product satisfying functional, scale, performance and manageability requirements
• Hands-on coding in multiple languages while considering performance, scalability, maintainability, and flexibility

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 6+ years of software engineering and development experience
• Hands on experience with multiple computer programming languages such as Golang (must), C++, Python, Java
• Hands-on experience with FIPS 140-2 and CMVP
• Ability to implement all phases of a development cycle for a software product from understanding requirements, going through design, development and deploy phases
• Good understanding of complexities and security challenges in large-scale distributed systems
• Good understanding of security concepts like IPSec/TLS, PKI, SAML/OAuth, Key management, etc.
• Experience with Cloud Computing platforms (e.g. Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Compute etc.) is a plus
• Working knowledge of Virtualization technologies like KVM, Docker etc.
• Working knowledge of Cloud orchestration systems such as Kubernetes, Openstack etc.

Job Responsibility: 

• Interacts with customers, company sales and/or service representatives via telephone, email, text, chat or through other social media platforms, to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. Analyzes requests, provide solutions or ascertains who best can provide the information, and routes the request to the appropriate department/individual 

• Resolves level 1 product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

• Receives customer requests and prepares documents/trouble tickets related to processing returns (RMA), servicing and exchanges.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing team metrics and SLA   

• Provides all billing-related information to customers – helps in resolving any billing issues 

• Receives, processes and verifies the accuracy of requests from customers utilizing the company’s internal tools and systems 

• Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers. 

• Receives inquiries and contacts the organization’s other departments to resolve a variety of account-related issues

• Edit, proofread work to ensure high editorial standards are met across all content outputs

• Collaborate with creative, product, marketing teams to assess project needs and help with messaging

• Speak with internal, external stakeholders to learn about their content needs, develop and implement brand guidelines

• Work closely with the accounts, design teams to brainstorm ideas & create concepts, develop messaging

• Assist in other aspects of the creative or research processes to create accurate content and maximize growth

• Stay current on trends and competitors within the editorial sphere

• See projects through the whole creative lifestyle, from inception to deployment (digitalyards.in)

The role is about 70% support (aka reactive > keeping the customer happy) and 30% success (aka pro-active > helping the customer get success with LimeCall to stick and love us).

On the SUPPORT side, you’ll be doing things like… (80% of your day)

• Helping customers and potential customers on LIVE Chat (we use Intercom)
• Figuring out the “problem” the customer is having with our software. ("My text didn’t get sent, what happened?")
• Manage customer success pipeline (we use Hubspot)
• Relaying bugs to our development team to get taken care of (we use Jira)
• Creating user stories around customers wants, needs, issues (Asana)
• Using Stripe to process payments, refunds, and all things billing
• Create systems for tracking bugs, feature requests, and better ways to improve our support process and channel
• Create, edit, and continuously update our knowledge-base so our customers don’t have to bother you on how to do the simple things.
• Create videos and animated gif's that show people how to DO things (people love walk-throughs)

On the SUCCESS side, here are some things that you’ll be doing… (30% of your day)

• Host group & 1-on-1 demo’s, webinars, and training with leads and customers weekly and monthly
• Create surveys and google forms to gain feedback from current customers
• Reach out to “likely to churn” customers to help them get value from Salesmsg
• Engage with canceling customers and design a system for tracking for later followup.
• Speak with customers on the phone, text message, live chat, email, and other channels to help them with whatever questions they have.
• Onboard new customers

• B.E (Aeronautical/Mechanical)/AME
• 1 -3 years experience in Aerospace Technical publications and S1000D, ATA2200 specifications.
• Experience in Engine Manuals (EM/EMM/CR/CIR etc.), Aircraft Maintenance Manuals is preferred.
• Previous use and/or knowledge of Adobe FrameMaker, Quicksilver, and/or Arbortext Editor required.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, technical manuals, illustrated parts lists, and schematics. Ability to write technical manuals, procedure manuals, and service bulletins.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, team members, and customers.
• Familiar with rules and usage of ASD STE 100.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
