MERN Stack Developer

What shall be expected of you:

● Be responsible for the core UI framework, and implement and maintain it.

● Responsible for the development of the front-end applications and

components.

● Coordinate with the backend engineers & designers for requirement

gathering of the product.

● Responsible for quality assurance including web usability, accessibility,

testing and debugging.

● Build reusable code and libraries for future use.

You must have:

● 2-5 years of prior hands-on experience in building responsive web

interfaces for consumers.

● Strong development experience in the following technologies (HTML,

CSS, Javascript, AJAX, working with REST APIs)

● Front end frameworks/libraries such as ReactJS, and Redux.

● Ability to translate product requirements into functional code.

● Ability to estimate the scope of work for sprint planning.

● Self-motivation and ability to work in a small team with minimal

supervision.

Would be awesome if you are also good at:

● SEO and page speed optimization.

● Web standards, Responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility,

Accessibility.

● Additional web technologies like Angular, Vue JS, Next JS etc.

● Must be fluent in writing code in ES6+ along with linters. ● CSS

preprocessor - SCSS/ LESS

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the frontend components of the Camera AI and gym & trainer management software.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into functional, responsive web applications.
• Ensure the applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement user interfaces that provide a seamless experience, including real-time data visualization, interactive elements, and responsive design.
• Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth communication between frontend and backend systems.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the stability and performance of the applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development and apply them to enhance our products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with responsive design principles and front-end optimization techniques.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API integration.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with WebRTC or other real-time communication technologies.

About the role:
We are seeking a Sr. Frontend Developer who has a knack for coming up with creative solutions to unique problems, planning development cycles and writing technical documentation while leading a team of developers. You can get in where needed to write clean, reusable, and performant code, with creative sensibilities to push projects towards perfection. You should have good time management skills and be able to work both autonomously and collaboratively with a cross-discipline team of product managers, strategists, UX designers, art directors, and developers. We are looking for a great JavaScript developer with experience in the range of 2 to 6 years, who is proficient in frontend techlogies with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.
