Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support the expansion of the FCAT platform across colleges and institutions. This role involves outreach, relationship building, and execution support for internship drives and assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with colleges, universities, and training institutions for conducting FCAT-driven internship and placement drives
- Assist in lead generation through various channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold outreach, etc.)
- Coordinate with institutional stakeholders (TPOs, placement cells, faculty) for scheduling drives
- Support in pitching FCAT and explaining its value proposition to potential partners
- Maintain and update CRM/database with lead and client information
- Assist in planning and executing campus drives and assessments
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, marketing) to ensure smooth execution
- Track and report outreach performance and conversions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership
- Basic understanding of sales/business development processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, MS Excel, and LinkedIn is a plus

- The person would be the business owner for all the categories at HeSpoke. The role entails leveraging know how of internal and external variables to deliver sales and outreach of categories. Driving Sales:
