Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a client-facing self-service portal using ServiceNow.
- Design and implement user-friendly interfaces with front-end technologies like JavaScript, Angular, React, HTML, and CSS.
- Customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and automation to improve self-service functionality.
- Develop and maintain APIs for integrations between ServiceNow, Okta, and other enterprise applications.
- Implement and manage Okta authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and identity governance within the portal.
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance of the self-service portal.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, product managers, and other developers.
