We are seeking a Senior/Architect ServiceNow Developer to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of ServiceNow development projects, leading the technical implementation of solutions. • Configuration of Service Portal: Customize and configure Service Portals to provide intuitive user interfaces.
• Create reports, dashboards, and NOW-Performance Analytics widgets.
• Technical documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation for developed solutions and configurations.
• Support Competence Center development: Actively support the establishment and growth of the Competence Center in the company.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in the development environment with a focus on ServiceNow.
