As a Data Quality Engineer at PalTech, you will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test strategies for end-to-end data validation. Your role will ensure data completeness, accuracy, and integrity across ETL processes, data warehouses, and reporting environments. You will automate data validation using Python, validate fact and dimension tables, large datasets, file ingestions, and data exports, while ensuring adherence to data security standards, including encryption and authorization. This role requires strong analytical abilities, proficiency in SQL and Python, and the capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements through automation and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Create test strategies, test plans, business scenarios, and data validation scripts for end-to-end data validation.
• Verify data completeness, accuracy, and integrity throughout ETL processes, data pipelines, and reports.
• Evaluate and monitor the performance of ETL jobs to ensure adherence to defined SLAs.
• Automate data testing processes using Python or other relevant technologies.
• Validate various types of fact and dimension tables within data warehouse environments.
• Apply strong data warehousing (DWH) skills to ensure accurate data modeling and validation.
• Validate large datasets and ensure accuracy across relational databases.
• Validate file ingestions and data exports across different data sources.
• Assess and validate implementation of data security standards (encryption, authorization, anonymization).
• Demonstrate proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL/ELT validation techniques.
• Validate reports and dashboards built on Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Write complex scripts to validate business logic and KPIs across datasets.
• Create test data as required based on business use cases and scenarios.
• Identify, validate, and test corner business cases and edge scenarios.
• Prepare comprehensive test documentation including test cases, test results, and test summary reports.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, data architects, and other stakeholders.
• Recommend enhancements and implement best practices to strengthen and streamline testing processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, SQL, and Python.
• Experience: 4–6 years of experience in ETL testing, data validation, and report/dashboard validation; prior experience in automating data validation processes.
• Tools: Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as ADF, DBT, etc., defect tracking systems like JIRA, and reporting platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

JD : Medical Representative Sales

Role:

1. Tie up with Pharmacies for execution of customer orders received through Anahad App

2. Get company agreement signed by pharmacies in specified timelines.

3. Train Pharmacies on the process for receiving , processing and execution of Anahad App orders

4. Coordinate with call centre team for resolving execution issues of partner pharmacies

5. Manage payment settlement with partner pharmacies

6. Ensure timely submission of reports by partner pharmacies like GMV, product wise sale report, etc.

Candidate Profile:

1. Must have atleast two years experience as sales executive in a reputed Pharma company, preferably Over the counter (OTC) or consumer division.

2. Must have worked in the same geography/City for atleast one year

3. Must have good rapport with the Pharmacies and top Distributors in the city

4. Must have own two wheeler for better mobility to be used for company field work.

5. Must have good working knowledge of the terms and conditions of the Pharma Distribution channel prevailing in the city like discount offered by distributors to pharmacies, payment terms, discount offered by pharmacies to customers, etc.

We're looking for an experienced and mature engineer (2-6 yrs experience), who wants to build incredible products while shaping the architecture, tools, and engineering culture of our company

Responsibilities:

• Architect and build our native Android application using Java or Kotlin.
• Set up our backend using either the MEAN (Mongo, Node) or Django stack.
• Collaborate with the design team on feasibility and design reviews.
• Set up DevOps processes - CI/CD and release management.
• Hire an additional backend engineer to scale the application based on requirements.

Requirements:

• You possess strong computer science fundamentals.
• You have native Android application development skills - with Java/Kotlin as a framework.
• You have strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
• You have built backends for mobile applications - using the MEAN or Django stack.
• You have some mobile app projects that are worthy of public view (Play Store, Github).
• You like discussing a plan upfront, welcome open collaboration and are an excellent verbal and written communicator.
• We’re a fast-paced environment so while we value robustness, we also hope for speed. You’ll hop from project to project and should be a self-starter.

Requirements:

• Strong passion for Programming in general and Android App development in specific.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong system design and architecture skills - specifically for android.
• Curiosity to tinker around, explore new paradigms, and strong zest for continuous improvement.
• Over 4+ years of Android App development experience with strong basics and complete exposure to Android development.
• Idea/experience of unit and instrumentation testing in Android E2E App development and/or experience of developing SDKs is good to have.
