Flutter Developer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Develop and maintain high-quality Android applications using Kotlin programming language.
• Design, build and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable code.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Android development using Kotlin.
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Android UI design principles, and Material Design.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
• Understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with continuous integration.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming, software design patterns and algorithms.

• Develop advanced and secure applications for Android phones and tablets

• You will be building and shipping robust apps to Android/ iOS devices using a single codebase.
• You will be writing readable and clear code using Dart that will be extensively documented for future use and upgrades.
• You will be sharing feedback and brainstorming ideas with teams to improve the development process.
• Understand basic concepts of design for developing user friendly applications.

• Bachelors/ Masters degree in computer science, Engineering or a related subject
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in mobile application development
• Proficiency in Problem Solving, Data Structures, and Algorithms
• Strong knowledge of design concepts and constraints on mobile platforms
• Proficiency in Java/ Android/ Excellent in Kotlin & Flutter language
• Demonstrable experience building excellent mobile apps that are currently in Google PlayStore

• Local databases (SQLite, firebase DB)/ORM (Green DAO, Room)
• Experience with a scalable architecture, while maintaining a hands-on role with code development

Job Description:

Your work at Finin:
As our primary android developer , you are expected to

1. Build a light-weight, low latent Android applications with limited or no dependency on third-party modules.
2. Build application logic & develop user facing features in Kotlin.
3. Build reusable components & front-end libraries for future use, as and wherever needed.
4. Translate designs & wireframes into high-quality code.
5. Define front-end architecture, document, estimate scope, & deliver on time.
6. Plan for new technology insertion & trade-offs in development.

Candidate profile:

1. At least 4 years of professional experience building native projects for Android.
2. Have at least two live projects.
