React JS Developer

2-3 years of experience with ReactJS

• Will be an added advantage to have experience with Ruby AND even better to have

experience with Ruby on Rails.

• Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CoffeeScript, React, Node JS, EmberJS and jQuery

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools e.g. Git, Mercurial or SVN

• Have a background in functional composition of web pages using HTML / CSS, and

turning a wireframe design into a well-formatted, user-friendly responsive web page

• Follow best practices like continuous integration, Agile methodology, refactoring and code

standards.

• Good knowledge of schema less databases such as Elasticsearch, Redis as well as

Relational Databases such as PostgreSQL

• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems

• Excellent problem solving skills and bringing in new, innovative ideas to the table to make

the platform more productive

• Strong in Vue.js or React.js, HTML, HTML5, DOM(Document Object Model) concepts
• Must know Nuxt.JS a Vue Framework.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks Include: 

Ship product, independently and/or as part of a small team 

Collaborate with other engineers to build new features 

Debugging using dev consoles, firebug, firecookie, or any of your favorite tools. Help troubleshoot production issues and resolve critical customer facing issues Provide top-notch support to our customers 

You Should Have: 

3+ years of experience with React. 

A strong body of prior front end work, including significant projects written in React and Redux. Mastery of JavaScript; expertise in most of the following technologies, and proficiency in all of them: CSS3, HTML5, AJAX. 

Deep understanding of closures, prototypal inheritance, HTTP, web security, cross browser compatibility challenges. 

Experience with NodeJS and Express JS will be a plus 

Hands-on with a code management system like GIT, SVN. 

Experience with NoSQL databases, preferably CouchDB or CouchBase. 

Good to have: Experience with Typescript. 

We are looking for a great JavaScript developer with 4+ years of experience who is proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality products are very important.
