We’re now expanding our Group Trip division, and are looking for an enthusiastic Travel Experience Consultant who loves talking to people, understanding their travel dreams, and helping them pick the perfect Travel Buddy experience.

Key Responsibilities (JD) 

• Call and connect with leads generated through the website, WhatsApp, and social media. 
•  Understand traveler preferences (destination, travel style, budget, etc.) and suggest suitable group trips. 
• Coordinate with Supply Team and Known Vendors to get GIT Packages & FD’s basis seasonality 
• Coordinate with Supply and Vendors to build Rate Sheets for Destinations to seel to customers 
• Strong Destination Knowledge of Goa,Manali,Thailand,Vietnam,Bali, Ladakh, Spiti  
• Manage the entire cycle from Lead Calling To Itinerary Share To Payment Collection to handover to 
• Ops and Supply Team 
• Maintain lead details and follow-ups in Google Sheets 
• Achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets  
• Build relationships with past travelers for repeat bookings and referrals. 
• Promote add-on services like Elite Membership, insurance, and flights when relevant. 
•  Share trip updates, photos, and traveler feedback to support marketing content. 

Qualifications 

• Graduate in Travel & Tourism  
• Or minimum 2 to 3 year of Sales Experience in the Travel Domain (mandatory). 
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi. 
• Energetic, goal-driven, and passionate about travel.

What you’ll do?

• Reach out to prospects via call and email to qualify inbound leads.
• Set up independent channels to generate and nurture leads.
• Navigate through a conversation flow to uncover business needs, understand pains, and position Wishup’s services as a compelling solution.

What are we looking for?

• 3 to 8 years of software/SaaS sales experience in an individual contributor or management role
• Prior experience in Inside Sales / Business Development in the US market
• Must have a proven track record of success, driving revenue growth against quota and increased profitability in the B2B industry
• Prior experience in business development for Enterprise accounts
• Proven ability to build a sales pipeline through effective hunting, prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead-generation activities
• Expertise in cold email reach-outs

Strong Senior GenAI / AI Backend Engineer Profiles

Job Description: Fresher Flutter Developer

Position: Flutter Developer (Fresher)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter framework.

• Design, build, and implement user-friendly, responsive UI designs that function well across multiple device sizes and platforms.

• Integrate GetX for state management and navigation.

• Implement local database solutions using SQLite for offline data storage and synchronization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Debug and optimize performance for smooth, efficient mobile apps.
