Role Descriptions:
We are looking for a strong Tech Lead with hands-on experience in Java, React, and modern application engineering. The role will be responsible for technical solutioning, leading development teams, ensuring quality delivery, and identifying opportunities to apply Generative AI for productivity, automation, and feature innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, REST APIs, and microservices-based architecture.
- Own technical solutioning, architecture discussions, code reviews, design reviews, and engineering best practices across the development lifecycle.
