About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on building and maintaining data-intensive backend systems, handling large-scale datasets, and exposing insights through robust, scalable APIs.

You will work closely with operational and transactional data, design efficient data pipelines, and build backend services that power analytics, reports, and ERP workflows. The ideal candidate is strong in Python, excellent with data and databases, and capable of owning features end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, inconsistencies, and operational insights.
• Design, build, and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Perform advanced data manipulation and aggregation using Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
• Design and optimize data pipelines for analytics, reporting, and downstream systems.
• Implement automated data quality checks, validations, and monitoring scripts.
• Work closely with product, application, and business teams to translate raw data into clear, actionable outputs.
• Optimize query performance across relational and analytical databases.
• Expose processed data and insights via APIs or dashboards for consumption by web or ERP applications.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Write clear documentation for APIs, data flows, and processing logic.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–8 years of strong, hands-on experience with Python in production systems.
• Excellent experience with data handling, processing, and large datasets.
• Strong experience building APIs using FastAPI (or similar frameworks).
• Deep expertise in Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
• Solid experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Experience working with analytical or reporting workloads.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, joins, aggregations, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

Good to Have

• Experience with ClickHouse, Databricks, or Elasticsearch.
• Exposure to data engineering concepts such as ETL/ELT, batch processing, and data pipelines.
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect, Dagster).
• Familiarity with data visualization libraries (Plotly, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Experience with AWS services (S3, EC2, RDS, Lambda).
• Prior experience integrating data services into ERP or business applications.

Job Responsibilities

• Build, test and set up cutting-edge website applications in an efficient matter; work with other developers to fill data acquisition requirements
• Identify and fix CSS, HTML and scripting compatibility issues between a variety of platforms and browsers; test websites on different browsers and mobile device browsers; correct problems identified by customer feedback
• Investigate and discover architectural considerations, such as web usability, site performance and database design, as part of the system design process; research and assess implementation alternatives for new application features
• Collaborate and communicate with development teams and management to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, choose solutions or develop content criteria
• Develop procedures for ongoing website revision; recommend performance improvements; create and refine style guidelines for website content; select design tools, programming languages or applications
• Provide detailed explanations of website specifications, such as activities, software, product features, programming languages, communication protocols and operating systems hardware and software
• Remain up to date about current programming practices and web technologies through reading, continuing education opportunities or participation in professional workshops, groups or conferences

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

Laravel developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the Laravel framework. They must have a strong understanding of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additionally, they should have experience working with other PHP frameworks and have a good understanding of software design principles.

The responsibilities of a Laravel developer may include:

• Developing, testing, and maintaining web applications using Laravel.
• Working closely with other developers and stakeholders to ensure the application meets requirements.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with the application.
• Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Developing and maintaining APIs to integrate with other systems.
• Ensuring the application is secure and scalable.
• Participating in code reviews and collaborating with the team to improve code quality.
• Staying up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in web development.

1. Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks like Laravel and working on other skills.
2. Strong knowledge of MYSQL, RDBMS
3. Familiar with Apache Configuration
4. Experience in object-oriented PHP programming
5. Understanding of MVC design patterns
6. User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
7. Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions
8. Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.

The maximum notice period considers being 30 days.
