Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive – IT Hardware to join our growing team in Mumbai. The role involves selling IT hardware solutions, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through both new and existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT hardware products
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Handle corporate and channel clients and maintain long-term relationships
• Prepare and share quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery
• Maintain accurate sales records, client data, and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
• 1–4 years of experience in IT hardware sales (desktops, laptops, servers, networking products, peripherals, etc.)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of the IT hardware market and vendors
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools

Preferred Requirements

• Experience handling B2B/corporate clients
• Existing client network in Mumbai is a plus
• Immediate or short notice period preferred

Job Profile – Digital Marketing Executive (International Market - Paid Advertising )

Location – Indore, Work from Office Only

Package – 25000 to 35000 ( depending on the interview)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute paid marketing campaigns across various digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads,Instagram etc.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and improved ROI.
• Create compelling ad copy and engaging visual content to attract and convert target audience.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports on key metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid marketing strategies with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid marketing to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital advertising innovation.
• Stay informed about regulatory requirements and ensures compliance with advertising guidelines and policies.
• Manage budgets and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements :

• Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate.
• English Communication & Marketing Skills required.
• Proven working experience of minimum 1 year in Digital Marketing.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analysis or others equivalent to them.
• Proven work experience as a Paid Marketing Expert or similar role, preferably in the Forex or Comex/ Finance industry.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the erection and commissioning of 11 kV and LT distribution lines including overhead and underground works.
• Coordinate with clients (NBPDCL), contractors, site engineers, and consultants for project planning and execution.
• Prepare and validate project documents including Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Joint Measurement Certificates (JMCs), client billing, and handover-takeover (HOTO) reports.
• Implement conversion of bare conductors to Aerial Bundled (AB) cables to reduce AT&C losses.
• Ensure installation and material quality adherence to project drawings and specifications.
• Supervise and train field teams on layout, material handling, safety practices, and execution methodologies.
• Utilize GPS-based techniques to define coordinates for township-level layouts and planning.
• Manage execution under 4 critical schedules of the RDSS scheme:
• Feeder Segregation
• Bifurcation of Long/Lengthy Feeders
• HVDS (High Voltage Distribution System)
• Cabling & Re-conductoring Works

Desired Candidate Profile:

• B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory); MBA in Project Leadership Management (Preferred)
• 3.5 – 7 years of experience in EPC/Power Distribution projects, preferably in rural and urban electrification works.
• Proficiency in project documentation, estimation, client coordination, and quality inspections.
• Strong team management and leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior engineers and field staff.
• Knowledge of GPS and basic electrical testing tools (e.g., Megger Testing).
• Familiarity with government-led projects such as IPDS, R-APDRP, RDSS is a plus.

• At least 5 years’ hands-on experience in Java/ JEE technologies like Struts/JSF, Spring, EJB, JMS Experience only on front-end technologies like Struts, JSP, Servlets, HTML will not be sufficient.
• Experience in performance testing and optimization of JEE systems on any of the following application servers - WebLogic, WebSphere and JBoss. Deep expertise in any one of the application server is a
• Strong experience in at least one RDBMS (Oracle, MS-SQL, MySQL).
