Your Day-to-Day Tasks Include:

You Should Have: 

3+ years of experience with React. 

A strong body of prior front end work, including significant projects written in React and Redux. Mastery of JavaScript; expertise in most of the following technologies, and proficiency in all of them: CSS3, HTML5, AJAX. 

Deep understanding of closures, prototypal inheritance, HTTP, web security, cross browser compatibility challenges. 

Experience with NodeJS and Express JS will be a plus 

Hands-on with a code management system like GIT, SVN. 

Experience with NoSQL databases, preferably CouchDB or CouchBase. 

Good to have: Experience with Typescript.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Senior Executive - Accounts & Finance responsible for-

The Role

+ Improvise and maintenance of accounts.

+ Owning and preparing matters related to working and compliance - Income Tax, GST and other Fund related matters

+ Supporting seniors in tax planning opportunities, new tax laws and structuring.

+ Maintaining of unitholder, investment register and undertaking routine Fund industry related calculations.

+ Update Tally on a regular basis.

+ Coordination and support in Finalization, Auditing, Valuation, etc of Fund, Fund Manager, as applicable.

+ MIS management in a timely manner for financial and business performance.

+Coordination and support team with auditors for half yearly audits, tax regulators, valuers, accounting regulators and regulatory bodies. Provide information to auditors, trustee, shareholders, bankers and other stakeholders on a timely basis.

+ Perform tests to check financial information and systems.

+ Work closely to improvise functioning of department and/or entities.

+ Ownership of documents in terms of maintaining files– physical and digital

+ Any additional, yet to be determined, responsibility shall be assigned.

Requirements: Attributes, Experience

+ CA inter cleared - with 4 to 6 Yrs experience.

+ Understanding of operational and strategic aspects of Tax, Compliance, Governance Framework and Accounting software preferably in a multi entity scenario.   

+ Functional Area:Primarily Accounts, Finance, Income Tax, GST, Compliance. Computations, etc.

+ Detail-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.

+ Team player with ability to work effectively in small groups.

+ Seeking a long and stable stint. This should ideally be their last stop as VC is a long reward industry.

1. Involvement in the full software development life cycle with stringent needs on (i) time to market, & (ii) quality of product - functional and non-functional aspect.

   The Applicant with a total experience of 10-20years, should have hands-on development experience in Core Java and J2EE with proven expertise in writing application architecture and core design ground up with sound algorithmic thought process enabling bullet-proof application performance in terms of key drivers like security, load, scalability, etc.

   Skills and Technologies:
   1. Versatile experience with delivering highly available services on multiple technology stacks in traditional data centers, public clouds, and private clouds.
   2. Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, JMS/Rabbit MQ/Kafka, Web-Services, Oracle, MSSQL, JSP-Servlets, , Design Patterns.

   Nice to have: New edge technology (Hadoop, AWS, Spark, RabbitMQ etc)

   Team mentoring:

   1. Mentor developers for difficult tasks & provide technical advice and guidance to the Tech Leads.

Develop and strengthen brand assets including style and brand guidelines

Deliver high-quality, on-brand graphics to support a superior customer experience.

Maintain a set of design best practices and guidelines to reduce and minimize production efforts

Produce creative assets including graphics, templates, and layouts and visual standards for marketing activities across multiple channels. These include web, social media, events, email campaigns, and other activations.

Support your design work using insights from quantitative data and site metrics, segmentation and customer feedback

Quality control to ensure accuracy and a high creative bar.

Present work to team and key stakeholders for review, feedback, and approval.

Digital platform design experience and understanding for cross platform design guidelines.

What will you need

Bachelor's degree in design/relevant disciplines or equivalent work experience.

Proficiency with full Adobe creative suite

Extensive knowledge of Graphic Design, Print Design/Layout, Web Design and Development, with experience in design/development for both mobile and desktop applications.

Ability to drive the design process by independently defining requirements, scoping projects and prioritizing tasks.
