About you: HR Manager one of the senior leaders of the company, working closely with the clients and founders of D2C brands to drive the future-oriented vision and plans around WhatsApp.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for tracking Happiness and Empathy index
• Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead the recruitment process to attract top talent, including creating job descriptions, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding processes.
• Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing any employment-related issues and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
• Performance Management: Develop and implement performance review processes, setting clear performance standards and conducting evaluations.
• Learning and Development: Identify training needs and organize training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.

About the Role:

This position focuses on creating training content for our products, we do need someone with a strong background in education, training, or instructional design, ideally with experience in software training or within SaaS companies. The ideal candidate will be able to develop high-quality learning content, including e-learning modules, training guides, and videos, while effectively engaging end-users.

• Software Training & Facilitation – Experience in training end-users on complex software applications, including developing training guides, demos, or simulations.
