Business Operations and CRM Implementation Analyst

We are looking for a Business Operations and CRM Implementation Analyst with a strong focus on process improvement, operational efficiency, and compliance. This role requires implementing a CRM system that reflects our client journey and meets our operational standards. The ideal candidate should excel in analyzing and understanding business requirements, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance in all operations, particularly in visa processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• CRM System Implementation:
• Implement a CRM system based on an operational diagram of the client journey, customizing it to fit our specific business needs.
• Ensure seamless integration of the CRM system with existing business processes, enhancing data flow and client interaction.
• Process Improvement and Efficiency:
• Continuously analyze and improve business processes to increase operational efficiency.
• Implement strategies to optimize workflows, reduce redundancies, and enhance productivity.

• Compliance Assurance:
• Ensure all operations, especially those related to visa processing, adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
• Regularly review and update processes to maintain compliance and address any regulatory changes.

• Business Requirement Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth requirement analyses to capture and understand complex business needs.
• Translate these requirements into functional solutions, bridging the gap between business objectives and technical capabilities.

• Documentation and Automation:
• Create and maintain detailed SOPs for various visa processes, introducing automation to streamline operations.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and implement technological solutions to enhance efficiency.

• Strategic Business Operations:
• Provide insights into business operations and strategies, identifying areas for improvement.
• Analyze operational data to track performance and inform decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in business analysis, with expertise in CRM implementation and business operations.
• Demonstrated ability in process optimization, efficiency enhancement, and ensuring compliance in business operations.
• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, process documentation, and automation technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to conduct thorough requirement analyses.
• A strategic thinker with an analytical approach to problem-solving.

Preferred:

• Background in visa processing or a similar regulatory environment.
• Relevant certifications in CRM systems, business analysis, or process improvement methodologies.

• Gather & document requirements using tools like interviews, workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, etc.
• Interact with clients to do requirements gathering that will include the usage of various elicitation techniques like Document Analysis, Requirement Workshops, Focused Groups etc.
• Conduct business analysis and research to identify key metrics and opportunities for improvements
• Create various Scope Management Artifacts like WBS, Product Backlogs, Feature Sets, MRDs, PRDs, FRDs, Use Cases, Business Cases, User Stories etc.
• Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project by leading the planning of product release plans and setting expectations for the delivery of new functionalities.
• Analyze the practicality of development requirements of new systems and upgrades to existing systems.
• Manage Project Scope and Scope creeps.
•  Raise Change Requests, interact with the Dev team and help in coming up with Impact analysis and estimates.
• Run the Capability Gaps analysis and deliver the report against it.
• Define the Business Case that can further result in Project Charter.
• Prioritize Requirements independently or in collaboration with Dev Team/Stakeholders using various prioritization techniques.
• Run a project in SCRUM Mode and write User Stories with every nitty-gritty even to a system level wherever required.
• Write and manage the scope of Jira and Confluence.
• Participate in user acceptance testing.

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role for web/mobile projects.

• Excellent documentation, verbal & written communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding presentation and leadership skills.
• Experience in iterative development methodologies like Agile.
• Technical Writing
• Experience with project management tools (Mention tools we are using or required )

• Experience as a SAP Consultant with at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project.

• Hands on experience in the requirements gathering/ fit-gap, design/blueprinting and configuration/customization phase of SAP transformation programs.

• Deep understanding of business processes as well as good knowledge of technical issues in the area of financial modules.

• Very good command of English.

• Team management and project management skills as an asset.

1. Create Exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in your respective areas of operation

1. To work directly with the distributor and the sales executives in designing and implementing key marketing campaigns.

1. To actively engage yourself to collect inventory, stocks and work reports of the distributor in a

daily/weekly basis.

1. To look after smooth functioning and supply chain of the authorized distributor under your

periphery.

1. To oversee sales executive schedule and plan them accordingly.

1. To facilitate cross-functional communications among project stakeholders.

1. To actively engage yourself with core marketing policies required for business development.

1. To look after the grievances and claims arising from time to time maintaining proper

coordination with the company.

1. To actively follow other marketing strategies and instructions as and when instructed by the company.
