Ability to take feedback positively and iterate designs

Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a plus

• To issue, facilitate, represent, liaise, and market the courses of international education boards of various countries in India and manage the issuance of official certificates on their behalf.
• To act as an authorized representative and implementation partner for international education boards, ensuring global best practices are adapted to the Indian context.
• To provide end-to-end support for schools seeking international accreditation, including curriculum alignment, training, and regulatory compliance.
• To maintain accurate records and provide seamless digital solutions for certificate management and recognition by Indian universities and regulatory bodies.
• To collaborate with Indian and international higher education institutions, professional bodies, and workforce agencies to ensure global recognition and seamless student mobility.

2. Quality Assurance & Compliance:

• To ensure all services meet industry best practices and legal requirements, conducting regular audits and assessments to maintain service excellence.
• To collaborate with regulatory bodies in India and state education boards to ensure smooth recognition of international certifications in India.
• To partner with global accreditation bodies to align educational standards with international best practices.
• To facilitate cross-border collaboration with international universities, educational research institutions, and professional development organizations to enhance quality assurance in education.
• To establish teacher training and institutional audits for quality assurance in international education delivery.

3. Marketing, Promotion & Stakeholder Engagement:

• To develop and execute targeted advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility and promote the initiatives of international education boards.
• To establish dedicated outreach programs for schools, educators, and parents to raise awareness about international curricula and certifications.
• To create a professional development network for teachers to enhance their expertise in delivering international programs.
• To engage in corporate partnerships, education foundations, and government programs to drive funding, scholarships, and accessibility for international education in underserved regions.

4. Strategic Partnerships & Expansion:

• To engage in strategic partnerships with government agencies, educational institutions, and private sector organizations to maximize outreach and impact.
• To establish regional support centers across India for seamless administration of international education programs.
• To create global alliances with international universities, accreditation bodies, and research institutions for continuous improvement and recognition of certification programs.

5. Operations, Administration & Data Security:

• To efficiently manage and oversee operational processes related to international educational certification programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

6. Technology & Digital Transformation:

• To adopt GDPR and Indian data privacy frameworks for robust protection of sensitive student and institutional data.
• To develop online platforms for seamless application, verification, and issuance of international certificates.
• To improve service delivery through data-driven insights and customer feedback.

7. Sustainability & Future Growth:

• To expand service offerings to cater to evolving market needs in international education.

8. School Development & Educational Services:

• To own, establish, acquire, run, operate, manage, maintain, develop, promote, administer, and advertise fully equipped schools, play schools, colleges, educational institutes, and universities.
• To establish and operate coaching institutes, study centers, and oral coaching classes that provide professional, technical, vocational, or higher education.
• To support schools with the development of student well-being programs, leadership training, and international teaching standards.
• To develop and implement teacher leadership programs that equip educators with the skills to drive innovation and international best practices in classrooms.

9. Research, Publications & Product Creation:

• To conduct research in the field of education, pedagogy, and curriculum innovation to enhance the quality of teaching and learning.

Skills required: -

JD:Position Responsibilities:

• Estimate user stories/features (story point estimation) and tasks in hours with the required level of

accuracy and commit them as part of Sprint Planning.

• Contributes to the backlog grooming meetings by promptly asking relevant questions to ensure

• Raise any impediments/risks (technical/operational/personal) they come across and approaches

performed on a daily basis. Checks in code into the shared source code repository regularly without

build errors.

• Ensure the defects are reported accurately in Azure DevOps with the relevant details of

severity/description etc and work with the developers to ensure the defects are verified and closed

before the release.

• Update the status and the remaining efforts for their tasks on a daily basis
• Ensures change requests are treated correctly and tracked in the system, impact analysis done and

risks/timelines are appropriately communicated.

Performance testing Roles and responsibilities

Testing experience

• This Position would require person to work in Flight Domain, below experience would be preferred
• Past experience related to Aeronautical data / Aerospace / Aviation domain.
• Past experience related to Aircraft Performance computation/optimization, Tail Specific

Performance computations using big data analytics, ML and modeling.

• Past experience related to EFB applications, Flight planning, Data link, Flight Management Computer

and Airline Operations.

• Good understanding of weather, air traffic constraints, ACARS, NOTAM’s, Routes, Flight profile,

Flight Progress and demonstrated ability lead technology project and team management in one or

more technology areas.

• Knowledge of aviation industry is preferred.

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or

more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g.
