Review Criteria

• Strong Full stack/Backend engineer profile
• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a full stack developer (backend-heavy)
• (Backend Skills): Must have 1.5+ strong experience in Python, building REST APIs, and microservices-based architectures
• (Frontend Skills): Must have hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React or Vue) and JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• (Database Skills): Must have solid experience working with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis
• (Cloud & Infra): Must have hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, ELB, AutoScaling, S3, RDS, CloudFront, and SNS

Role & Responsibilities

This is not just another dev job. You’ll help engineer the backbone of the world’s first AI Agentic manufacturing OS.

• Build and own features end-to-end — from design → deployment → scale.

Intro is a dating app where LGBTQ South Asians find love. Built by Queer Desis in New York for the 100 million queer South Asians around the globe who deserve a space of their own. Our mission: help 1 million Queer Desis find love by the end of 2026. The Role

We’re looking for a Founding Full-Stack Engineer who thrives in 0→1 environments. You’ll take ownership of architecture, design, and execution across backend, web, and mobile (iOS/Android) — helping shape both the product and the culture of the company.

You’ll be joining at the earliest stage — working directly with the founding team on everything from feature development to infrastructure decisions and product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable backend systems (APIs, data models, authentication, messaging, matching).
• Lead development across web and mobile clients (React, React Native, Swift/Kotlin).
• Collaborate on product design and iterate quickly on user feedback.
• Set up CI/CD, testing, and monitoring pipelines.
• Help define the tech culture, best practices, and early engineering team standards.
• Contribute to early hiring and mentorship as we grow.
