Requirements:

Job Summary:

The company is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer (3 - 10 years of experience) to lead and execute creative and compliant packaging designs for our exported pharmaceutical products. This role demands expertise in international packaging regulations, brand consistency, and visual communication for a global market.

Core Responsibility:

Lead all aspects of pharmaceutical packaging design for export, from concept to final artwork, ensuring adherence to diverse international regulatory requirements and brand alignment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 3 - 10 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical packaging design, with exposure to export requirements.
• Strong knowledge of international packaging regulations and guidelines.
• Expertise in graphic design software, including CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.

3 to 7 years of Overall testing experience.

 Test Automation Experience with the tool Selenium or Katalon.

 Should have experience in Test Automation Framework like TestNG and Cucumber

Framework.

 Able to manage test activities in medium to large projects.

 Demonstrates appropriate interpersonal skills required to establish effective working

relationships with clients and/or business partners.

 Should be familiar with the Software Testing tools, techniques and market trends.

 Should review user and functional requirements and provide feedback; they will

Informally test early versions of functionality and develop increasingly complete test

scripts and traceability.

 Participate in test execution and monitor the progress of execution.

 Proactively engage with all team members including developers, business users and

business analysts.

 Writes, reviews and executes formal test scripts including setup and data

requirements, procedures and expected results

 Able to provide direct input to project estimates and documentation (Project Plan

document, URS, FRS, Design docs)

 Reviews project requirements, plans and prototypes and providing input.

 Agile/ Scrum experience.

 Katalon Tool knowledge is preferable.

 Clinical domain knowledge is preferable.

3+ years of experience developing Backends using NodeJS. Should be well versed with its asynchronous nature, event loop, promises, and callbacks.

Node expressProficient in Node.js and working knowledge of JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, HTML, CSS, and frameworks ( React.js)

Experience in Node JS MVC framework and Rest API frameworks like Express.

Experience developing desktops.

Experience in Mongo DB.

Familiarity with using AWS components.

Postman for documenting/testing APIs.

As the product designer, you will be responsible for delivering the optimal user experience across the Empuls web and mobile apps. This is a high visibility role and has a large contribution to the overall success of the product and customer satisfaction. The role requires deep collaboration with the product, technology, marketing, and sales teams. This role might include some people management responsibilities.

• Craft detail of new and existing product features, from understanding the customer pain point to defining wireframes, high definition prototypes and finally collaborating with the technology team to navigate through constraints and build the product.
• Partner closely with our Product, Marketing, and Technology teams to understand what users need, want, and love about the product. Use the data to plan and define the optimal user experience.
• Create design systems that help with a common design language across the entire product portfolio in a distributed team.
• Aid product marketing in telling the product stories in the best way possible to help users in product adoption and onboarding.
• Build and implement processes for user testing. Take a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Mentor other designers and drive the vision for the specific domain by partnering with product owners & engineering leads
