Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive System Administrator with a strong focus on Mac OS to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the deployment, management, and troubleshooting of Mac OS devices within our organization. This includes supporting Mac desktops, laptops, and servers, ensuring seamless integration with the network infrastructure, and providing top-tier support to end-users. The role requires a deep understanding of Mac OS, IT best practices, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mac OS Device Management: Install, configure, and maintain macOS systems (desktops, laptops, and servers). Ensure proper setup, updates, and security for all Mac-based hardware.
- System Monitoring & Performance: Monitor and manage Mac systems for performance issues, availability, and security. Conduct routine system checks and troubleshooting of any Mac-related hardware or software issues.
- User Support & Training: Provide direct support to end-users, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and answering questions related to Mac OS and software applications. Offer training for staff on best practices and efficient Mac usage.
- Software & Security Management: Manage software installations, patch management, and security configurations. Ensure all Mac systems are compliant with company policies, including data protection protocols and encryption standards.
- Backup & Recovery: Implement and maintain backup solutions for Mac systems. Coordinate data recovery in the event of system failure or disaster recovery scenarios.
- Network Integration: Ensure smooth integration of Mac OS devices into the broader corporate network. Troubleshoot network issues related to Mac systems, including connectivity, file-sharing, and VPNs.
- Automation & Scripting: Utilize automation tools (e.g., Jamf, Munki, or other MDM solutions) to streamline workflows, software deployment, and system management tasks. Create and maintain scripts for automating repetitive tasks (e.g., Bash, AppleScript).

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting application(Web & Mobile) and infrastructure penetration testing assessments.
