Job Description SynqCloud, Inc is looking to hire a top notch Java Technical Lead/Architect who can be part of a growing product development team of SynQ. Define long-term technical architecture to support SAAS offering, Lead and direct product development efforts. 2. 5 years of full-time programming experience within an Operations or technical department. 3. 3+ years of direct experience with multiple Agile teams. 4. Be able to distill business objectives into technical solutions through effective system design and architecture 5. Be able to work independently on a project-by project basis and also work in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment 6. Be able to provide technical and analytical solutions to evaluate the merits and challenges of a product idea 7. Create applications on both the server-side and on the web interface 8. Perform high complexity integration testing and validate all services integrate according to specifications 9. Responsible for prevention and early detection of defects through verification and validation activities ensuring the integrity and quality of all work products Desired Candidates:- 1. Bachelor's or higher degree or equivalent in computer science 2. Minimum of 5 -12 years of experience in software development with expertise in core Java, Multithreading, XML, Webservices, REST, SOAP, Enterprise Application Integration & Product Development 3. Proficiency in Core Java & J2ee design patterns 4. Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., OOA/D, UML, Requirements Management, Configuration Management, and Defect Management) and tools (CVS, Subversion, etc) 5. Experience in project planning and tracking 6. In a leadership position for at least 1 year 7. Performance & Tuning of J2EE application 8. Working experience in implementing Enterprise Application Integration solution 9. Product Design & Development If you make it through the rigorous selection process, you will: 1.
