KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Analyze entity relationships to design and implement efficient, scalable code solutions.
• Develop reports and conduct thorough analysis to identify defects and recommend enhancements. 
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve issues effectively and prevent recurrence. 
• Offer technical recommendations and develop improvement plans based on data-driven insights.

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java, HTML5, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, and React. 
• Demonstrated knowledge or strong interest in full stack development. 
• Solid experience working with RESTful services, independent of platform.
• Proficiency in Oracle or SQL Server, with the ability to define data flow, high-level data design, and relationships.
• Exposure to AWS Cloud technologies and cloud-based development. 
• Working knowledge of version control tools such as Git or SVN.
• Experience implementing automated testing platforms and writing unit tests. 
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technical Leads, Product Managers, and Designers. 
• Strong communication skills with a flexible, team-oriented approach. 
• Prior experience working with US-based clients and adaptability to shifting priorities. 
• Self-driven and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities Area

 Assist the Assistant Restaurant Manager/Restaurant Manager in the day to day running and supervision of manpower and scheduling

 Own and manager peak period business as per standard operating procedures

 Ensure readiness and realistic projections / forecasting on the shift

 Take complete responsibility for the entire shift operations relating to cash control, security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate corrective

actions

 Ensure upkeep of equipment, facility, and operating environment by following up on scheduled checks as per the Maintenance Contracts

 Deliver on food quality by ensuring food sanitation and cleanliness practices in a safe, healthy and hygienic environment

 Own the Customer experience and drive loyalty by adhering to food and service standards, encouraging customer feedback and resolving concerns within reasonable time limits. Use empowerment for Customer

delight

 Provide regular feedback to the Central Kitchen team to escalate/highlight food concerns.

 Execute inventory and cost control process to control food wastage and preserve quality on the shift

 Train and certify the new and tenured team members regularly to deliver consistent performance on the shift

 Be supportive and dependable to the Assistant Restaurant Manager/Restaurant Manager in running effective and efficient restaurant operations

 At all times, project a favorable image of companya to the general public. Be a role model at all times

Skillset Required

 Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays. Weekly off will be on weekdays only.

 Male employees will be required to work night shifts based on operational needs.

 Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with team members, managers, and customers.

Qualification & Age Criteria

 Educational Qualification:

Minimum 12th Pass.

Graduation ,Diploma or certification in Hospitality/Hotel Management is an added advantage.

 Experience:

3–5 years of experience in QSR, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred.

 Age Criteria:

22 to 30 years (flexible based on experience and role suitability).

 Language Skills:

Good proficiency in English and Hindi

Strong Data Scientist/Machine Learnings/ AI Engineer Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer building ML models

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong expertise in Python with the ability to implement classical ML algorithms including linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, gradient boosting, etc.

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have hands-on experience in minimum 2+ usecaseds out of recommendation systems, image data, fraud/risk detection, price modelling, propensity models

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have strong exposure to NLP, including text generation or text classification (Text G), embeddings, similarity models, user profiling, and feature extraction from unstructured text

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have experience productionizing ML models through APIs/CI/CD/Docker and working on AWS or GCP environments

Mandatory (Company) – Must be from product companies, Avoid candidates from financial domains (e.g., JPMorgan, banks, fintech)

Creating visual concepts and designs:

This involves developing layouts, designs, and illustrations for various materials like websites, brochures, advertising campaigns, and social media graphics. 

Using design software and tools:

Graphic designers need proficiency in software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as other relevant tools. 

Collaborating with teams:

Working with marketing teams, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure designs align with business goals and brand guidelines. 

Adapting designs for various mediums:

Adjusting designs for print, digital, and other platforms, ensuring consistency and visual appeal. 

Staying updated on design trends:

Keeping abreast of the latest design trends, software updates, and industry best practices to enhance their skills. 

Reviewing and refining designs:

Incorporating feedback, making revisions, and ensuring that final designs meet quality standards.

Seeking a seasoned SQL + ETL Developer with 4+ years of experience in managing large-scale datasets and cloud-based data pipelines. The ideal candidate is hands-on with MySQL, PySpark, AWS Glue, and ETL workflows, with proven expertise in AWS migration and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures to handle large datasets (100+ million records).
• Build and maintain scalable ETL pipelines using AWS Glue and PySpark.

About the role :

This is a senior staff backend engineer role in the engineering team that designs, implements and maintains our state of the art product IllusionBLACK. The team is responsible for designing and implementing secure, highly performant and maintainable product.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop and maintain high performance, fault tolerant and scalable cloud hosted service using NodeJS
• End to end responsibility to continuously create and monitor the services you build
• Help design reusable and clean API's for our frontend React app
• Guide team members with handling complex issues
• You will also be responsible for database schema design and development of migration scripts
• Experiment with new technologies and ideas and help shape our stack and processes

Requirement:

• 10+ years professional SW development experience
• All our production applications are built with either Typescript or Python. You must have a strong understanding of NodeJS express apps written in Typescript and ES6
• Must have good experience with Python
• Solid experience with databases is a must. We use and love Postgres here at Smokescreen
• You should be able to design a complex database SQL schema normalized to 3NF on the back of a napkin at 3am in the morning
• Deep understanding and working knowledge of Redis cache
• Experience with Solr or Elasticsearch is a must. We use Solr for our event analytics exclusively
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP is a plus. We have a large distributed application running on AWS
• Experience with Docker/Swarm is a plus
• Experience in some stream processing platforms like Kafka/Redis stream is a plus
