Job Overview

We are seeking a Renewal Specialist to join our team at BD Software Distribution Pvt. Ltd. This role involves managing the renewal process for our software solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. This is a full-time position based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage the renewal process for software solutions, ensuring timely renewals and customer satisfaction

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and addressing any inquiries or issues

Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers, ensuring they are maximizing the value of our solutions

Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Support, to achieve renewal targets and resolve customer concerns

Track and monitor customer accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

Prepare and present reports on renewal activities, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to contribute to product enhancements and market positioning

Maintain accurate and updated customer information in the CRM system

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• A solid understanding of the crypto landscape and web3 technology.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate with other teams.
• Professionalism and ability to deliver exceptional work within tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in composition, color theory, imagery, typography, and design principles for web and mobile platforms.

Main Responsibilities of a UI Designer

• Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
• Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups

We need multiple MERN stack developers. As a full stack developer, you will be producing scalable software solutions and will be involved in the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. This role requires you to work and collaborate with the customers, product & Engineering teams to meet and fit customer to our product. This role will be responsible for building technical project plans for Compass as well as tracking and driving the delivery of those projects. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be a driving force in the continuous improvement of our planning and execution pipeline. This role heavily involves mathematical and analytical skills, since you would be directly responsible to set incentives programs for customers and consult them over that.

• Strengthen and maintain relationship with the new & existing clientele.

• BTech or MCA or MBA required
• 2+ years of Business Analyst experience and in a customer facing role
• Good exposure to SAAS product.

• Ability to think logically and constructively about complex problems.
