This role requires being in the office from Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to craft high-quality, engaging video content for YouTube.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of the study abroad landscape to tailor content that resonates with prospective students and global audiences.
• Edit raw video footage into polished, high-quality productions with seamless transitions, captivating motion graphics, and consistent visual aesthetics.
• Trim and sequence clips to create a coherent and engaging narrative that aligns with the story being told.
• Enhance video quality using advanced color correction, grading, and sound design, including the integration of royalty-free or custom background music to elevate viewer engagement.
• Add subtitles, animations, transitions, and motion graphics to improve clarity and appeal.
• Design visually appealing thumbnails that effectively represent and promote the video content.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in video editing and digital storytelling to bring fresh, innovative ideas to every project.
• Optimize video output while adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining a consistent storytelling approach.

Requirements:

• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to visualize and communicate ideas creatively.
• A creative mindset with an eye for detail and design consistency.

Onboarding customers, collecting all the required documents, executing agreements etc

Collecting repayments and educating customers on credit benefits and timely repayment benefits

Building and maintaining relationships with clients and sellers' ground team

Meeting and exceeding sales targets

Staying up-to-date on company policies and competitor activities

Collaborating with internal teams and anchor teams to ensure the successful product placement

Providing excellent customer service to customers/borrowers

Experience creating PowerPoint slide decks and along with that experience in automating the PowerPoint slide creation using excel VBA Formats extracted data based on expected report output with batching capability and multiple data formatting requirements Consolidate and combine extracted data from multiple resources using automated tools excel, VBA macro, SQL database, and/or from different system/tools/Database in one single database using SQL queries to standardize data structure

Job Description :

• Develop and define product roadmaps and feature concepts
• Work with engineering, design, marketing, business sales, and QA team to come up with time estimates and adhering to external commitments
• Identify new products, gather requirements, build and ship new products.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Talk regularly with our customers and improve the product based on the feedback
• Define and continuously analyze metrics for the success of the product
• Be familiar with industry best practices for product management and explore improving processes at KredX
• Engage with multiple stakeholders within the organization
• Identifying all barriers to feature adoption (awareness, legal, regulatory, training, customer usage) and ensuring systematic elimination of the same
• Manage project delivery to ensure timely product launches
• Identify and unblock short term issues and hurdles while always keeping eyes on the long term prize

Requirements :

• 3+ years of product management experience
• First-principle thinking
• Prior experience in working on web and mobile apps
• Relentless focus on customer experience
• Ability to pull data using basic SQL queries and ask the right questions of data
• Ability to hack solutions using low-code / no-code approaches (like Zapier, Zoho Creator, AWS Honeycode, or any of such 100s of tools etc..)
• Keen interest in financial and investment landscape of India
• Prior experience in Fintech or Finance/Investment domain is a plus but not mandatory
