What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities)

Strategic Content Creation

• Write high impact content for websites, landing pages, campaigns, and brand narratives
• Translate business goals into clear, persuasive messaging
• Create content frameworks, not just single pieces
• Work closely with designers and strategists to align words with visuals

Social & Short-Form Content

• Write hooks, scripts, and captions for Instagram, LinkedIn, Reels, and Shorts
• Understand how attention works in the first 3 seconds
• Adapt tone for different platforms without losing brand voice
• Turn complex ideas into simple, sharp narratives

Performance & Conversion Writing

• Write conversion-focused landing pages, ad copies, CTAs, and lead magnets
• Understand user psychology, objections, and intent
• Iterate copy based on performance feedback
• Balance clarity, persuasion, and brand tone

Thought Leadership & Authority

• Write long-form content including blogs, founder POVs, case studies, and pitch narratives
• Help brands sound confident without sounding salesy
• Structure content for readability, retention, and credibility

Key Responsibilities

●     Design and maintain high-performance backend applications and microservices

●     Architect scalable, cloud-native systems and collaborate across engineering teams

●     Write high-quality, performant code and conduct thorough code reviews

●     Build and operate CI/CD pipelines and production systems

●     Work with databases, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms

●     Lead agile practices and continuously improve service reliability

Required Qualifications

●     4+ years of professional software development experience

●     2+ years contributing to service design and architecture

●     Strong expertise in modern languages like Golang, Python

●     Deep understanding of scalable, cloud-native architectures and microservices

●     Production experience with distributed systems and database technologies

●     Experience with Docker, software engineering best practices

●     Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field

Preferred Qualifications

●     Experience with Golang, AWS, and Kubernetes

●     CI/CD pipeline experience with GitHub Actions

Experience creating PowerPoint slide decks and along with that experience in automating the PowerPoint slide creation using excel VBA Formats extracted data based on expected report output with batching capability and multiple data formatting requirements Consolidate and combine extracted data from multiple resources using automated tools excel, VBA macro, SQL database, and/or from different system/tools/Database in one single database using SQL queries to standardize data structure

Professional Attributes :
Gathers and analyse report requirements from stakeholders Identify the processing tool Excel / SQL and provide a robust solution which can be easily leveraged or extended to other domains Building complex VBA scripts to automate Excel spreadsheet processes

• Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code for TV, tablets and mobile
• Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Kotlin code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

Android Developer Requirements:

• Proven experience as an app developer (2 - 4 years).
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces, such as “touch”
• Familiarity with the use of additional sensors, such as gyroscopes and accelerometers
• Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support) on both Android and iOS
- Build a framework as the application grows so our Apps and SDKs are unanimous. 
- Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean code 
- Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions 
- Troubleshoot and debug to optimise performance 
- Design interfaces to improve user experience 
- Liaise with Product team to plan new features 
- Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards 
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends
- Work with latest Security protocols and data transfer optimisations

- Proven work experience as a Mobile developer with 3 - 5 years of experience. 
- Must be proficient in at least one programming language from Java, Swift & Objective C and must be willing to learn the other two. 
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs 
- Familiarity with OOP design principles 
- Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude 
- Ability to perform in a fast paced team environment
- Strong understanding of in-device security

Roles & Responsibilities:

• An individual contributor role with proven ability to design and define the test strategy.

• Ability to create test scenarios based on the requirements, specification and understanding the impact of the multiple features.
• Understanding of the architecture/design, covering various aspects of testing (functional, non-functional, stress, reliability, conformance, robustness).
• Complete ownership of the release with the ability to identify critical customer impacting defects based on requirements.
• Good knowledge of embedded and protocol stack testing, GPS, RF, driver or firmware related testing, writing test scenarios based on requirements and specs,
• Enhance & optimize the process of system testing and software testing.

Competencies:

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Technology.
• Experience in building and maintaining automated tests.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python would be a huge plus.
• Good understanding of the test process and ability to do RCA.
• Knowledge of packet capturing tools like Wireshark
• Knowledge in Automotive domain,V2X would be added advantage.
