Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience 
• Capable of independently conducting various aspects of business analysis, including requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation. 
• Proactive in identifying and prioritizing issues within their domain and taking the initiative to work with the team to resolve them.
• Strong background in accounting and/or financial controlling 
• Demonstrates a high level of skill and independence
• Understands the full business analysis lifecycle and is proficient in handling various business problems and custom cases.
• Good knowledge of English
• Experience in accounting business analysis in the IT industry is highly desirable 
• Working knowledge of software development concepts, technologies, practices, and principles, and the ability to use them in different situations independently

Duties and responsibilities:

• Works closely with the development team and other stakeholders to investigate model business functions, business processes, information flows, and data structures
• Investigate operational issues, problems, and new opportunities; seek effective business solutions through improvements in aspects of business areas or systems of interest
• Assists in the analysis of underlying issues and their root causes, and identifies available options
• Communicates with clients and other stakeholders and assists in presenting issues and solutions both verbally and in writing
• Specifies data, data objects, and information flows that align with the needs of the business
• Produces business analysis deliverables using relevant documentation styles in line with company standards
• Facilitates stakeholder meetings and workshops, and presents findings and actions both verbally and in writing to the business
• Able to translate business requirements into a structured form
• Able to create structure within projects and project teams following Agile principles
• Understands the domain (Insurance Industry) and how it functions, after spending 6M in the company
• Understands the entire Policy Lifecycle, after spending 6M in the company
• Experience in using tools like Jira, Confluence, LucidChart, or other software for requirements management, documentation, and process modeling
• Experience with Agile frameworks
• Experience with testing methodologies, test planning, and quality assurance processes to ensure reliable and robust systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Keyword research & competitor analysis
• Optimise titles, descriptions, and metadata
• Create keyword-rich content for app listings
• Work on PPC campaigns (Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns)
• Track metrics: downloads, conversion rates, retention
• Understand ranking algorithms & store compliance policies
• Stay updated with app store guidelines
• Collaborate with devs, designers & marketers

What You Will Do:

• End-to-End Design Execution: Lead and execute all stages of the design process, from wireframes to visual design, across complex B2B and niche B2C applications (web and mobile).
• Prototyping & Specifications: Develop high-quality design prototypes that reflect deep user insights, solving complex UX challenges specific to our clients’ industries.
• Review & Feedback: Critically evaluate wireframes, user flows, and visual designs, ensuring they meet both ProCreator’s high standards and client expectations.
• Design Systems & Problem-Solving: Establish and maintain scalable design systems while proactively troubleshooting UX issues in products with advanced functionality.
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior designers, ensuring their growth and the delivery of high-quality output across projects. Lead by example in refining UX processes and contributing to our continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• UX Methodologies: Mastery in research, persona development, wireframing, prototyping, and iterative design, particularly in complex, multi-step workflows.
• Design Expertise: Ability to translate complex user journeys into intuitive UI designs, while maintaining a deep understanding of modern UI/UX principles.
• Design Systems: Extensive experience in building design systems for complex B2B and B2C applications, especially for web and mobile platforms. Proficiency in Figma is essential.
• Platform Experience: Demonstrated success in designing web applications and mobile platforms (iOS and Android) with a portfolio that showcases successful projects across these platforms.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions effectively to both internal teams and clients.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Strong ability to lead, mentor, and inspire junior designers, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Bonus Skills: Experience with motion design or prototyping tools like After Effects and ProtoPie is a plus.

We are looking for a Node JS developer interested in building high performance back end using PostgreSQL. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure.

• Build Fin Tech logic with super clean code with appropriate error handling

• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic

Description:

The person in this role:

- Will be involved in developing new monitoring scripts, enhancement & defect fixes on existing monitors

- Have to be on-call to support any incoming production/P1 internal issues which need urgent attention (team members are on call for a week and we have a weekly rotation policy within the team)
