Brand Manager
Role Summary
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and strengthening the company's brand identity, increasing market visibility, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels. The role involves managing brand campaigns, content strategy, customer engagement initiatives, and marketing activities to position the company as a trusted name in stock broking and financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand-building strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Enhance brand awareness and credibility within the people, stock market and investment community.
- Manage brand communication across digital, social media, website, events, and marketing collateral.
- Oversee content strategy, including social media, blogs, newsletters, videos, and educational campaigns.
- Plan and execute brand campaigns, investor awareness programs, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, design, and customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Strengthen the company's brand image by highlighting its features, services, culture, work environment, success stories, and unique approach in the market
- Monitor market trends and customer insights to refine branding strategies.
- Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, influencers, and vendors.
- Track and report brand performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills

- Excellent communication, content, and storytelling skills.

- Experience in social media, digital marketing, and campaign management.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Corporate Communications.
- Experience in Stock Broking, Wealth Management, FinTech, Financial Services, or Capital Markets is preferred.
