Roles and responsibilities:

• Should be the single point of contact for all project related queries and concerns.
• Should ensure project delivery and quality at desired level.
• Adherence to the Process.
• Oversee daily activities of the team and provide direction and guidance as needed.
• Manage resources as per workload.
• Address delivery issues in a timely fashion.
• Ensure operational excellence by making team technically competent enough.
• Evaluate the performance of team members and determine training needs.

Desired candidate profile:

• Overall experience of 15 Yrs. to 20 Yrs.
• 5+ yrs. of experience on project management and project delivery.
• Should have proven experience on coding and managing teams using Java, J2ee, iOS, Android, AWS, Node JS, and Python.
• Adoption to the new technologies is desired.
• Understanding of firmware and protocols related to IOT, Bluetooth will be added advantage
• Required to be technical and hands on coding if needed.
• Candidates should be Process oriented and execute projects in Scrum/Agile methodologies.

• Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks like Laraveland working on other skills. 
• Strong knowledge of MYSQL, RDBMS 
• Familiar with of Apache Configuration
• Experience of object-oriented PHP programming
• Understanding of MVC design patterns
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.

• Create Intuitive websites, Responsive design, Web and Mobile application/Product interfaces
• Good at following practices like W3C standards, Tableless layout & SEO friendly markup
• Creating ideas for a social media campaign, print communication, packaging and branding
• Creating promotional videos by collaborating with the marketing team
• Create and iterate design mock-ups, prototypes, specs and production visual assets such as graphics and icons

Identify customers needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics

Required:

• A portfolio that demonstrates your visual and interaction design experience
• Strong ability to communicate, articulate your design decisions, and consider feedback from product managers, engineers and other designers
• Experience with 3D software tools like Maya, Blender, Unity, etc
• Should be well-versed in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Passionate about graphic design, typography, photography, motion, and illustration

Degree in Design, Fine Arts or a related field is a plus

Job Description

We are seeking a well experienced Java Technical Lead for our product. In this position you will design and implement technological solutions for our product on Java/J2EE stack.

What are my roles and responsibilities?

• Design, develop and implement software programming applications.
• Build highly scalable product.
• Participate in gathering business requirements and assessing existing architectures and resources.
• Ownership in producing the solutions conceptual architecture and associated artifacts.
• Work with application development team in delivering the project and deliverable within time and with good quality.
• Perform unit testing, oversee quality assurance of applications through system testing.
• Establishes processes for performance and conducts code review.
• Manage and mentor junior members of the team on good coding practice

What skills and experiences would I bring into this role?

1. B.E/ B.Tech / MCA in computer science or a related field
2. 6+ Years of Java/J2EE work experience.
3. Minimum 2+ years into Team Lead position.

1. Object-Oriented design, patterns, algorithms, data structures
2. Well knowledge about Spring Hibernate framework.
3. Exposure to React JS / Angular JS.

1. Experience with SQL/No-SQL database technologies – MySQL, Mongo dB, Cassandra, Redis, PostgreSQL, etc.
2. Good working experience in OpenStack/AWS & cloud application development and deployment
3. Experience in Web services (REST or SOAP)

1. End to end web development experience is highly preferred
2. Good understanding of unit testing methodologies.
3. Good analytical and communication skills
4. Startup work culture mindset.
