Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Rust, Python, and TypeScript.
• Build high-performance microservices and APIs for AI-driven products.
• Develop fault-tolerant, secure, and maintainable distributed systems.
• Design event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing pipelines.
• Implement caching, message queues, and database optimization strategies.

AI & Machine Learning Integration

• Build and maintain backend infrastructure supporting LLMs, Generative AI, RAG systems, and AI Agents.
• Integrate models from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and open-source LLMs.
• Develop vector search solutions using Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, or similar technologies.
• Build AI workflows for content generation, summarization, sentiment analysis, and conversational intelligence.
• Optimize AI inference pipelines for performance and cost efficiency.

System Architecture

• Design scalable architectures capable of handling high traffic and large volumes of data.
• Develop real-time processing systems and data pipelines.
• Implement observability, monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms.
• Drive performance tuning and latency optimization across services.

Cloud & DevOps

• Deploy and manage applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability. 

1) Be open to learn new frameworks like Hapi.JS , Typescript , Nest.JS

2) Strong DB concepts , and hands on knowledge on MongoDB , REDIS

3) Experience working with micro-services will be a plus

4) Experience working with JWT and IAM systems will be a plus

5) Experience working with Postman , Swagger will be a plus

6) TDD knowledge is an advantage and also working with Unit Test code and familiar with test code coverage concepts.

7) Strong operating system knowledge is a plus with knowledge of how to manage threads.

8) Working experience with RabbitMQ , Kafka will be a plus

9) Strong knowledge of JS internals is a must.

Job Description – Sr. Magento Developer

We are looking to hire an experienced Magento Developer to build and maintain E-commerce websites for our clients. As a Sr. Magento Developer, you will be responsible for liaising with the design team, setting up Magento 2.x sites, building modules and customizing extensions, testing the performance of each site, and maintaining security and feature updates after the installation is complete.

Role Responsibilities:

• Architect and propose Magento solutions as per client requirements
• Review business requirements working with other team members
• Perform a technical analysis of requirements
• Produce a solid, detailed technical design
• Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements with little or no supervision
• Work with the QA and Customer Support teams to triage and fix bugs with rapid turnaround
• Contribute ideas for making the application better and easier to use
• Train the subordinate team of developers
• Create reusable components, which can be configured for different projects
• Create test plans and perform thorough quality analysis on the code before go live
• Research on new integration and plug-in capabilities
• Be actively involved in the pre-sales activities by demonstrating technical capabilities through POCs

Technical & Professional Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experienced in Magento (E-commerce CMS) 3-6 years (Familiar with Zend Framework)
• Strong experience with the LAMP stack, MVC or Zend framework
• Strong HTML, JavaScript/jQuery, CSS, Ajax skills
• Strong experience with various API technologies including REST, SOAP
• Knowledge of Agile development methodology
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage and work under strict deadlines
• Ability to work in a team environment
