Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Python Django Developer with strong expertise in building scalable web applications and distributed systems. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Django, Redis, Celery, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, and Kafka to design and optimize high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python & Django.
• Implement asynchronous tasks and background job processing using Celery with RabbitMQ/Redis.
• Work with PostgreSQL for database design, optimization, and complex queries.
• Integrate and optimize messaging/streaming systems using Kafka.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, QA) for end-to-end delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest backend development trends and technologies.

Requirements :

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in backend development using Python & Django.
• Hands-on experience with Redis, Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous task management.
• Knowledge of performance tuning, caching strategies, and scalable system design.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Title : Senior Java Software Engineer

Experience : 5 to 10 Years

Location : Gurugram (Full-time)

Working Days : 5 Days (Monday to Friday)

Job Description :

• We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Java Software Engineer to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 Years of hands-on experience in Software Development, with a proven experience as Java Developer with a strong focus on Spring and Spring Boot, Relational Databases and AWS technologies.
• Strong understanding of monolithic & microservices architecture. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our applications.
• Ensuring their performance, quality and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities :

● Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring and Spring Boot.

● Develop and manage relational databases. Should be able to write complex SQL queries.

● Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.

● Have strong debugging skills to identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.

● Deploy, manage, and scale applications on AWS.

● Conduct code reviews and integration testing to ensure software quality and reliability.

● Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

● Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications :

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

● 5 to 10 Years of experience in Software Development.

● Proficient in Java 8+, Spring and Spring Boot.

● Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL or other relational databases.

● Experience with microservices architecture.

● Understanding of Rest API design and development.

● Hands on experience with Unit Testing frameworks such as Junit, Mockito.

● Experience with version control systems such as Git.

● Solid understanding of object-oriented programming.

● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

● Strong knowledge of AWS services and best practices.

● Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Rewrite existing APIs in NodeJS.
• Remodel the APIs into Micro services-based architecture.
• Implement a caching layer wherever possible.
• Optimize the API for high performance and scalability.
• Write unit tests for API Testing.
• Automate the code testing and deployment process.

Skills Required:

1. At least 3 years of experience developing Backends using NodeJS — should be well versed with its asynchronous nature & event loop, and know its quirks and workarounds.
2. Excellent hands-on experience using MySQL or any other SQL Database.
3. Good knowledge of MongoDB or any other NoSQL Database.
4. Good knowledge of Redis, its data types, and their use cases.
5. Experience with graph-based databases like GraphQL and Neo4j.
6. Experience developing and deploying REST APIs.
7. Good knowledge of Unit Testing and available Test Frameworks.
8. Good understanding of advanced JS libraries and frameworks.
9. Experience with Web sockets, Service Workers, and Web Push Notifications.
10. Familiar with NodeJS profiling tools.
11. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
12. Good knowledge of creating and maintaining DevOps infrastructure on cloud platforms.
13. Should be a fast learner and a go-getter — without any fear of trying out new things Preferences.
14. Experience building a large-scale social or location-based app.
