We are looking for an experienced MEAN Stack Developer with strong knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js to join our dynamic development team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in MEAN Stack Development.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and Angular.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of Git or similar version control tools.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Immediate joiner preferred.

Skills

• Experience with designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining secure and scalable web-based applications.
• Experience using JavaScript based frameworks- ReactJS/AngularJS, HTML/CSS, Java Script, XML, jQuery, NodeJS, Express and other related technologies.-Good understanding of data structures and algorithm-Familiarity with databases.
• Experience working with container technologies like Docker and knowledge of CI/CD processes for automated integration and deployment.-Basic knowledge of AWS preferred.

• Experience with Scrum or other Agile development methodologies.-Comfortable working in multi-disciplinary, self-organized teams.-Good at written and verbal communication skills.

• Design and develop high-quality software used by millions of customers, in an agile and iterative development culture.
• Support and maintain existing applications and develop new modules as and when required for feature enhancements.
• Adopt best practices in web development, design, testing, code review, version control, documentation, build, deployment, and operations.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and provide improvement recommendations.
• Working closely with product lead, delivery lead, and other agile team members, and ensures that the desired result for our projects are achieved.

You have 5 years or more of Backend end development experience with expertise in designing and implementing high-performance applications.

Worked with and built high-performance products using Node Js/GoLang/ Python and have seen the product evolution cycle from PoC to Production

You have a deep understanding of design principles and can rightly judge/implement solutions to complex problems

You are capable of writing high-quality code that conforms to the standards and best practices in a particular language/framework.

You have experience building a product using a mainstream library or framework.

You love to own end to end responsibility, starting from defining the problem statement (either yourself or alongside your peers), development (PoC if needed), testing, releasing in staging & then production environment, and finally monitoring.

Previous work experience in product-based startups

Experience building for products that have scaled and have seen the product evolution

• Strong Experience in Ruby on Rails
• Solid understanding of Ruby principles and core concepts.
• Good understanding of Object Oriented Concepts and principles.
• Understanding of RESTful/ SOAP APIs.
• Good understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, ReactJS and Bootstrap framework.
• Knowledge/ Experience in SQL and PL/SQL programming.
• Excellent communication Skill.

• Strong experience in Java Development
• Deep expertise and hands-on experience with Web Applications
• Experience in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, React JS, and API.
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot is an added advantage.
• Hands-on design experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc ..).
• Strong grasp of security principles.

Abilities:

Role Description:

• Lister is actively engaged with client across digital transformation and engineering
• As a part of this engagement, you will be working with our clients on solution design and architecture, technology decisions, while co-ordinating technical efforts for the team
• As a Technical Lead:, You will need to collaborate with Solution Architects define technology
• roadmap, evaluate/recommend technologies, architect and design solutions, Work
• with other developers to oversee the development and implementation
• You will translate functional requirements from business stakeholders to the technical
• team for implementation
• You will need to troubleshoot design flaws and system bottlenecks
• You will have to be hands-on with code reviews and evaluate implementation for performance and scale
• Manage communication between our clients and internal teams in India and USA
• Coordinate with the offshore team to deliver projects across work streams, Identify risks, issues and blockers to progress and mitigate them for the team
• Rapidly gain an understanding of project requirements and drive execution
• Work with delivery team to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs are met.

Skills Required:

• Excellent understanding of backend and frontend components in the following stack: NodeJS, TypeScript, Javascript, ReactJS, multiple RDBMS and NoSQL databases like Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB Experience of working on AWS services (Lambda, Step functions, SQS, S3 SNS)
• Microservice design pattern is a must
• Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, containerization and CI/CD pipelines is preferable
• Experience in software development tools like Prettier, CodeCov, Snyk, etc..
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; client facing and interpersonal skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
• Experience in Designing scalable architecture systems for Node-based applications
• Ability to grasp complex implementations; Proven results of delivering client solutions
• Should have experience of working with offshore team
• Experience in working on large scale technology transformation projects for product companies is preferable
• Technology contributions to open source projects will be an added advantage
• Should have completed Certifications or training on AWS (AWS Solutions Architect), NodeJS, front-end frameworks.

• Strong hands on in Core Java, OOPS, Exception handling, Multi-Threading, Generics and design patterns.
• Proficient in designing and developing web applications using Java/JEE
• Working experience in Spring Boot, Spring Integration and REST Web services
• Exposure to UI technologies/frameworks like JavaScript, React JS , Flux and knowledge of CSS, HTML etc
• Build tools like Maven.
• Should possess good communication skills and a go getter attitude.
• Good in debugging code through eclipse and browsers
• Should be capable to work independently. Desirable
• Experience in any Continuous Integration/Delivery tools like GIT, Docker, Jenkins, Ansible
• Working knowledge of database like Oracle and application server like Tomcat, WebLogic.
• Knowledge of Linux
• Exposure to any test automation technologies such as Selenium, Fitnesse, Mockito, Junit, any other testing frameworks
• Candidate must to have exposure to working in a fast-paced environment using Agile methodologies
