Job Title: Golang Engineer

Duration: Full-time

Location: Bangalore 

Required:

·      Demonstrable experience in at least one back-end type safe programming language (Golang Preferred but other experience can be considered).

·      Comfortable/experienced with back-end micro-service architecture and communication, specifically REST and asynchronous messaging services (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ etc.)

·      Comfortable/experience within a Scrum framework working with as part of a team to deliver business functions and customer journeys that are tested and automated throughout the CICD pipeline to production

Desired:

·      Bachelors Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.

·      Experience in professional software development. Solid understanding of test-driven development, including unit, component, functional, system integration and regression tests.

·      Knowledge of software engineering methodology (Agile, incl Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Waterfall).

·      Knowledge of any or all of the following technologies is desired: Kafka, Postgres, Golang, Git, gRPC, Docker, GraphQL.

·      Experienced in continuous integration (CI), continuous deployment (CD) and continuous testing (CT), including tools such as Jenkins, Rally and/or JIRA and version control such as GIT or SVN.

Strong Backend Engineer Profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 2+ years of hands-on Backend Engineering experience building production-grade systems in a B2B SaaS or product environment

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong backend development experience using at least one backend framework such as FastAPI / Django (Python), Spring (Java), or Express (Node.js)

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have a solid understanding of backend fundamentals, including API development, service-oriented architecture, data structures, algorithms, and clean coding practices

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have strong experience working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), including efficient data modeling and query optimization

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have experience designing, building, and maintaining APIs and backend services, including integrations with external systems (CRMs, payment gateways, ERPs, data platforms, etc.)

Mandatory (Experience 6) – Must have experience working in cloud-based environments (AWS / GCP / Azure) and be familiar with Git-based collaborative development workflows

Mandatory (Domain) – Experience with financial systems, billing platforms, fintech applications, or SaaS revenue-related workflows is highly preferred

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead who can drive the development of high-performance, scalable products while contributing hands-on to coding, architecture, and system design. You will work closely with a small engineering team, guiding them in technology decisions, quality delivery, and best practices while also taking ownership of key modules yourself.

Experience - 3-6 years

Minimum Qualifications:

- BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in Computer Science.

- Must have “Can Do Attitude” towards work

- Must have programming exp of 1-2 years in any of Python/Golang/Java languages
