Position Overview

We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Associate to support our marketing and business growth initiatives. This is an entry-level opportunity for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career across digital marketing, B2B sales, lead generation, and technology.

The role will provide exposure to global markets, technology products, customer engagement, market research, and modern marketing and sales tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Support digital marketing activities across LinkedIn, email, social media, and other relevant channels
• Assist in creating and distributing content including LinkedIn posts, blogs, case studies, presentations, and email campaigns
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and potential business opportunities
• Support lead generation activities through online research, social platforms, databases, campaigns, and other channels
• Identify and research prospective customers and target accounts
• Assist the sales team with lead qualification, prospect research, and sales enablement activities
• Maintain and update prospect and lead information in CRM systems
• Support campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams on business growth initiatives
• Track relevant marketing and sales KPIs and prepare basic reports
• Explore and learn modern tools for marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and AI-assisted marketing
• Support other marketing and sales initiatives based on business requirements

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong interest in marketing, sales, business development, or technology
• Good understanding of basic marketing and sales concepts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good research and analytical skills
• Comfortable using MS Office/Google Workspace and willing to learn new tools

A London based foreign bank has a requirement of shifting its credit MIS to back office and thus has an immediate opportunity for a contract role for the MIS function.

Job Responsibilities:

You will be required to prepare MIS based upon existing standard operating procedures (SOP).
