Strong SAP SD Senior Consultant -Taxation & S/4HANA Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) with SD as core module in previous roles.

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have minimm 1 end-to-end SAP implementation with strong hands-on experience in Taxation.

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have strong expertise in Pricing and Taxation including Tax Determination Rules, Tax Classifications, GST Tax Conditions (India), and Tax Codes.

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have strong functional knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) process including Sales Order, Delivery, Billing, and Integration with FI.

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have hands-on experience in S/4HANA (preferably in global rollout or localization projects).

Mandatory (Experience 6) – Must have experience in integrating SAP SD/FI with third-party tax engines such as Vertex, ONESOURCE, or Avalara.

Mandatory (Experience 7) – Must have strong experience in Pricing Procedure configuration including tax routines, reverse calculations, and volume-based taxes.

Mandatory (Experience 8) – Must have hands-on exposure to SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) for e-invoicing and statutory reporting.

Mandatory (Integration Knowledge) – Must have strong integration experience with FICO (Financial Accounting) and MM (Materials Management).

Mandatory (Tax Domain Knowledge) – Must have deep understanding of Indirect Taxes (GST/VAT), Withholding Tax, and excise-related processes.

Mandatory (Project Exposure) – Must have worked on minimum 2–3 full lifecycle SAP implementations (Blueprint to Go-Live).

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work as a Member of The File Transfer Engineering team involved with the Configuration, Maintenance, and Support of Sterling File Gateway, Connect Direct (NDM) environment.
• This position will participate in the design & development of technical solutions within company strategic B2B/MFT platform which provide innovative technical improvements, improve quality and operational excellence, lower cost, satisfy regulatory and compliance requirements, mitigate risk, and satisfy business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering/Science Degree or related field
• 4-5 years’ experience in supporting real time production environments.
• Extensive debugging skills and fixing experience
• General knowledge of industry standards and best practices for supporting middleware technologies
• Knowledge of Ping Access, Ping Federate, LDAP, Active Directory, Connect Direct (NDM) Unix/Windows/Mainframe
• Developing transformation maps and processes for any-to-any data formats and RDBMS queries using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator mapping and business process modeling tools.
• This position requires sophisticated knowledge of B2B/MFT concepts, technologies, best practices, standards, and architectures within the IBM File Gateway suite.
• Minimum five years of technical experience in IBM File Gateway Suite (IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (preferably version 6.x) and IBM Sterling File Gateway, Sterling External Authentication Server, Secure Proxy, IBM Control Center Monitor) including:
• Experience with Installation and configuration of multi-node architecture environments, including upgrades and platform migration.
• Experience in setting up and testing disaster recovery environment to handle failover scenarios.
• Experience with onboarding new partners, transactions and making changes to existing partners to meet internal and external requirements.
• Experience in configuring adapters, service configuration and policies.
• Experience in setting up and configuring industry-standard communication protocols such as SFTP, FTPs, FTP, HTTP, HTTP, Connect: Direct, WebSphere MQ
• Experience with security configurations SSL certificates, SSH keys, PGP/GPG
• Experience with IBM File Gateway Suite maintenance and administration
• Experience with external authentication integration

• Development of custom protocols, custom file layers and custom consumer identification
• Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
• Hands-on experience in Production Support, resolving critical incidents using the IBM File Gateway Suite
• Knowledge of SQL queries, database schemas and related concepts using Oracle
• Knowledge of IBM Sterling File Gateway APIs.
• Should have Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

1.    Manage client relationships, and facilitators relationship at MHFAI for training and post-training support.

2.    Ideate, design, and implement program that focused on post-training support for mental health first-aiders.

3.    Leverage the new products of MHFAI to the clients that ensures implementation of mental health by building tools and guidelines (for organized groups).

4.    Oversee and facilitate MHFAI instructors for training and upskilling.

5.    Monitor and coordinate the MHFAI Awards program with all the stakeholders involved.

6.    Draft and initiate scientific research, and create tools required at workplace to measure mental health.

7.    Plan and manage webinars, events and activities to promote the idea of mental health at workplaces and educational institutions.

8.    Draft, design, manage and implement guidelines / resources with focus on mental health for the benefit of organized groups.

9.    Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Learning and Development and / or mental health, and incorporate them into our training programs.

10. Manage the Learning and Development budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.

11. Provide support in other operational functions of MHFA as needed.

Requirements:

·      10-15 years in clinical work and / or mental health training

·      Qualification: Education in Mental Health

·      Experience in Clinical Practice / Research

·      Exposure to mental health training and created content or training on Mental Health for Adult

·      Experience of having previously worked in organized group is desirable

•   Experience with  Azure database technologies including Azure SQL Server, Azure Data Lake Exposure to Change data capture technology Lead and guide development of an Informatica based ETL architecture.
•      Develop solution in highly demanding environment and provide hands on guidance to other team members. 
•      Head complex ETL requirements and design. 
•      Implement an Informatica based ETL solution fulfilling stringent performance requirements. 
•      Collaborate with product development teams and senior designers to develop architectural requirements for the requirements.
•      Assess requirements for completeness and accuracy. 
•      Determine if requirements are actionable for ETL team. 
•      Conduct impact assessment and determine size of effort based on requirements.
•      Develop full SDLC project plans to implement ETL solution and identify resource requirements.
•      Perform as active, leading role in shaping and enhancing overall ETL Informatica architecture and Identify, recommend and implement ETL process and architecture improvements.
•      Assist and verify design of solution and production of all design phase deliverables. 
•      Manage build phase and quality assure code to ensure fulfilling requirements and adhering to ETL architecture

Job Description :

1. A cloud engineer is responsible for the design, review of architectures & construction of cloud service provider environments.

A qualified applicant must possess a thorough knowledge of at least some of the following:

Education

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, or Engineering, or in other related technical field. In addition to educational qualification, they should possess at least 3-5years IT experience with cloud operations and systems administration

Knowledge Needed-

• A cloud engineer must have adept technical skills and cognate experience to be hired. 
• Practical object-oriented development knowledge with at least Scala or Java, knowledge of systems like ZooKeeper, Consul etc., familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Pivotal Cloud Foundry Docker, OpenStack, and Public cloud delivery know-how with AWS and/or Azure
• understanding of software development, engineering, programming languages and tools; Java, Python, Ruby, .NET/C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PowerShell, CI/CD pipelines, and ability to work with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean Startup, XP)

  Certification

• Microsoft Azure – 70-533, 70-535 any other infrastructure certification is added advantage.
• Should have relevant cloud certifications such as Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect is added advantage
